I had an exceptional experience at KFC Charnock Richard - M6 Services! The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The food was fresh, delicious, and the perfect pitstop during my journey. I highly recommend stopping here for a satisfying meal on the road. A fantastic addition to the M6
Very busy. 2 x Boneless Banquets were best we've both EVER had. Succulent and piping hot with new type chips.
Not KFC's fault but the car park signage and lighting are appalling. Very difficult to see where you are going on foot or whilst driving.
Stopped off on the way home from a family holiday. Easy to order and although busy served in less than 10mins. The food was hot and tasty.
The motorway I wasn’t that busy tonight but there was a long wait at KFC. The computer screens seem to be taking longer. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food. However, when it arrived it was piping hot and very good indeed. I don’t think the gravy is as good as it used to be.

Friendly staff, food wasn't very hot it was warm and baps were dry. Expensive but services are not cheap.
We didn't have to wait long for food, and queues were building up. However, it seemed they got through quite quickly.
Quick service. But warm food rather than piping hot. Nice to see the new fries.
KFC on a motorway services, what's to say. We stopped on the way back from Nottingham as the kids woke up and saw the sign unfortunately! 🫣
Food was good, but prices were the usual extortionate price for a service station.

Food what it is supposed to be. The service was quite good considering how busy they were. Atmosphere, its a service station!!
On our visit the food was good, fresh and hot. Social distancing means no seating available. Staff were helpful and order was served in a reasonable time. Layout is simple to follow as is ordering either on screen or at till. Resturant is upstairs on the bridge along with a Burger King.
Nice services with all amenities you expect within motorway services. Just expect to pay extra cost for snacks, drinks, etc
