Excellent service and outstanding food....nicely spaced tables and a great atmosphere...highly recommended The Laurels...you are not rushed, nice bar for a few drinks before and after meal. Starters we had scallops, salt and pepper chicken and pate. Mains were steak stroganoff, turbot and lobster and a blue ribeye steak. All cooked perfectly..

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Everything from the decor, atmosphere, bar, service, food, waitresses and the general evening was amazing. Fantastic service, we had nibbles (breads with olive oil and balsamic is a must) and we also had a garlic bread with mozzarella For starters we had the king prawns and black pudding which where both amazing and another had the cheddar and onion soup which my dad described as incredible. Portions are huge! For mains we had a belly pork, burger and hallibut with lobster and again all incredible. My 6 year old boy was treated like royalty, the service couldn't be faulted in any way. Thank you for making my mum's birthday special, and my mum and dad's 31st wedding anniversary memorable. Will definitely return and 100% recommend!!

Very good course at a reasonable price. Course is well maintained and the staff at the clubhouse are friendly and welcoming.

We had breakfast there and it was really tasty, there was a few choices and it isn't that badly priced. We then played golf. It's a nice 9 hole course, can see it being better in summer. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a really good day.

Lovely service, great menu and reasonably priced for what it is. Good seating outside too. Great place to grab dinner as a couple or a group. Does vegan options but they prefer 24 hours notice so that they can plan for it but you don't have to make a choice from the vegan menu, just let them know that you'll be choosing from the vegan selection.

Really lovely meal here today with my sister. The garlic mushroom starter was to die for. Best I've ever had. Beautiful decor. Spotlessly clean. Friendly helpful staff and excellent choice of food. What more could you ask? Highly recommended.

We had our little boys 1st birthday party in their function lounge and couldn't fault anything. The whole day, staff, food, drinks, service from staff was outstanding and they couldn't do enough to help. Amanda the manager went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect...and it was.

Delicious food, served in nice surroundings by lovely people (including Peter, who's a comic genius according to my 5yr old niece). Well worth a visit. We had a great night at a leisurely pace.

The food was absolutely first class, I couldn't fault anything at all, and I'm a Chef. The restaurant was exceptionally busy and there was also a function on. As a result service wasn't to the usual standard you'd expect, but the quality was still first class! Well done because I know how hard it is under those circumstances.

Lovely 9 hole course and reasonably priced ⛳

Today was my daughters baby shower held in one of the beautiful suites. What an elegant venue. We had a wonderful experience - thank you. The staff looked after us really well, Wayne and Elaine are advocates of customer service, I will recommend for sure - Irene Mahoney

Wonderful food, great service and a lovely place. We were a huge group of about 20 people and no mistakes as far as I know. Everyone's meals looked lovely.

Lovely setting, great food, fantastic service. We've eaten here twice over the last month having never been here before and we will visit again for the reasons already stated.
