Excellent service and outstanding food....nicely spaced tables and a great atmosphere...highly recommended The Laurels...you are not rushed, nice bar for a few drinks before and after meal. Starters we had scallops, salt and pepper chicken and pate. Mains were steak stroganoff, turbot and lobster
If I could give it 10 stars I would. Everything from the decor, atmosphere, bar, service, food, waitresses and the general evening was amazing.
Fantastic service, we had nibbles (breads with olive oil and balsamic is a must) and we also had a garlic bread with mozzarella

We had breakfast there and it was really tasty, there was a few choices and it isn't that badly priced. We then played golf. It's a nice 9 hole course, can see it being better in summer. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a really good day.

We had our little boys 1st birthday party in their function lounge and couldn't fault anything. The whole day, staff, food, drinks, service from staff was outstanding and they couldn't do enough to help. Amanda the manager went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect...and it was.
Delicious food, served in nice surroundings by lovely people (including Peter, who's a comic genius according to my 5yr old niece). Well worth a visit. We had a great night at a leisurely pace.
The food was absolutely first class, I couldn't fault anything at all, and I'm a Chef. The restaurant was exceptionally busy and there was also a function on. As a result service wasn't to the usual standard you'd expect, but the quality was still first class! Well done because I know how hard it is

Wonderful food, great service and a lovely place. We were a huge group of about 20 people and no mistakes as far as I know. Everyone's meals looked lovely.
Lovely setting, great food, fantastic service. We've eaten here twice over the last month having never been here before and we will visit again for the reasons already stated.
