Fabulous little coffee shop on the main road down into Charlestown! We were staying in the cottage behind the coffee shop and popped on for breakfast (plus some cakes to take away!). It’s only a small place and so the breakfast menu is limited, but was cooked to perfection and service was quick! Cakes are all homemade and taste amazing! Will definitely be back again!

Lovely Cafe with the most yummy homemade mince pies. A definite must if you're in or around Charleston Harbour. There is no data signal or WiFi, so you'll just have to chat with the locals as I did. They were wonderful and helped me with my plans, so it all worked out very well for this little travelling Aussie. Good luck, guys. 👍

We were looking for cream tea and we definitely found it. Really lovely place. And I asked to charge my phone for 5 minutes and was allowed. Apparently people don't usually ask before using the plugs, i find that quite rude, specially when the staff was so nice. Lovely little Gem.

Lovely cafe away from the hustle & busle of the harbour. Great drinks and cakes served by the friendly proprietor. Plenty of indoor seating and a small outdoor area too. All major credit cards taken inc. AMEX.

We visited Charlestown today for the first time, so was checking on Google Maps for somewhere to stop for a coffee. I found this tea rooms and liked what I read in the recent reviews, so we decided to try it! The ladies who work here are lovely and friendly, and didn't pressure us into ordering quickly but gave us time to decide (my dad is legally blind so we have to read the menu out to him for him to decide what he'd like, so we always take longer than average to order). Our order was quickly prepared and was delicious! My mum and I had scones with jam and butter, the scones are by a local baker and were to die for, so soft and not stodgy at all, they were warmed up and the butter melted onto them easily, so scrummy! My dad enjoyed his toasted teacake as well :) The cappuccino milkshake is also delicious, like a very creamy frappucinno! The atmosphere of the shop is lovely too, very calming and relaxed, with a variety of seating (3 or 4 tables with 4 chairs each, plus a couple of cushioned window seats and of armchairs and sofas) a nice amount without feeling overcrowded. There's a toilet room around the corner outside, accessible using a key provided for customers of the tea rooms upon request. Very nice and clean and well thought out! All in all, we highly recommend this tearooms if you're visiting Charlestown and looking for somewhere to have a tasty snack, coffee, or even meal at decent prices and excellent customer service :)

Lovely cafe to have breakfast, lunch or tea and scones. Seating outside and waterfront is not far to walk to. Portions were generous with fresh bread, great eggs and yummy bacon of high quality. Coffee was great quality..illy for those like me who love a good cuppa in the morning. Staff were lovely and efficient and facilities onsite, but you need their key. Plus its kept clean. Best spot to soak up some sunshine on a lazy sunday :)

Lovely little cafe located in Charleston. Welcoming and friendly owners. Met another couple who were lovely too - we all had a nice chat and both couples gave me recommendations on places to visit. (PS - I did visit the PAR market - just kidding) I had a cream tea here and it was delicious - the scone was soft and fluffy. I would definitely recommend visiting this cafe. I will be returning if I go back to Cornwall. Thank you

This place was strongly recommended for a visit when a friend of my husbands heard we were mini-mooning in Charles Town. A cute little place. The cake was gorgeous. The two women serving chatty and friendly. By the time we left, every table was occupied. Clearly a local and tourist favourite. Just lovely 👍🏼

We found this place on Google maps, and came for breakfast - we were glad we did! A compact but very good breakfast menu was full of quality products. I was torn between bacon and maple syrup pancakes, or bagels, and plumped for the latter. A good bagel was stuffed with rich cream cheese, plenty of a mellow smoked salmon, creamy avocado and a good sprinkle of chilli flakes. There was a nice little green salad accompaniment, and a very good flat white coffee. Hubby had creamy scrambled eggs and crisp, thick bacon on golden toasted granary doorsteps, with a good chunk of rich butter, and an amazing cappuccino milkshake! The cafe is small but comfortable, and dog friendly. The very welcoming ladies were incredibly accomodating too, as I heard a couple of customers with very specific needs (dairy free) being happily worked around. Definitely recommend this place and will come again when in the area.
