Fantastic small pub with loads of character. The Bar staff are super friendly. Could not believe that food a such a cheap price could taste so good (had a squirrel burger) Also found a new favourite cider Thatchers Cheddar Valley, not happy that it's not sold in London 😒 If your holiday is in the area definitely visit the Squirrel Inn.

Great skittles alley, played here twice in last two weeks. Skittles food was good. Bonus was Rattler or should I say Flattler on tap... and good prices too.

Nice big spacious pub… lovely location, the staff was friendly, they have spotless toilet. Nice selection of food and alcoholic drinks…. My starters were delicious… my fish basket was ok. You can pay with card or cash. This pub is ideal for bday parties, has a playground for kids and nice terrace.

Had a lovely evening in the garden playing dominoes, quaffing Tribute and watching the sunset. Smashing Butter Chicken for dinner. Very good value.

Amazing amount of gluten free options - I have found everybody here to be very trustworthy and knowledgable for gluten free. Lovely county pub! Amazing views and location- just great! Highly recommend!

I can't see why there are any negative reviews regarding service! We've been here a few times, as it's one of the closest pubs to us. All staff are really friendly and very helpful. We also find the regular customers very friendly, even the first time we dropped in. There is a great pub menu, all very well priced and separate Gluten Free and Vegetarian menus. They have a separate fryer for the GF food too, which isn't very common. We had two meals, a large G&T, plus a pint of coke for me (driving) - all for £25, which I thought was very good value. Very extensive Gin list at great prices. Soft drinks not the usual rediculous prices either. Often music at weekends - lots dressed in 70s disco gear this evening! Fabulous view in the garden. Dog friendly.
