We were on holiday in Chard and read reviews about places to eat. This place came highly recommended. This little gem is definitely worth a visit 100%. We came back from sightseeing in the area and hungry. Ordered pizza, garlic bread, crepe filled to the brim with choice of fillings. The food was absolutely delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff. Dessert was to die for: Sweet crepe with chocolate and hubby had freshly squeezed lemon and sugar. Will visit again when in the area.

Eleos is a great retreat from the bustle of Chard. The coffee is great, the smoothies are delicious. The food is excellent and freshly prepared, the staff are warm, friendly and humorous. The upper room provides a great venue for functions. Thoroughly recommended and a good place to meet up with friends and relax and natter.
I come here every day after work. The people who work here are always warm and welcoming, the food is outstanding and I swear they do the best cup of tea in town. If you have a chance, do visit!
We were out for holiday and landed up in cafe by chance. Ordered tea, coffee, pancakes, pizza and smoothies. Food was fabulous :)
Most striking thing about the place the warmth and homely feeling it offered and it turned out to be best time of whole trip.

The staff are so kind, caring and understanding and always fulfill your needs and high expectations with there very unique cuisine, my favourite is........ everything!! Its too hard to single out a dish but if i was too reccomend a satisfying bite to eat it would have to be the bacon and crumpets!!! The varied range of toppings and feshly made pizzas are a great take out or eat in option to very impressive, id give ten stars if it were possible, keep up the great standard eleos!!

A great find! The homemade pancakes with bacon and maple syrup were soooo good. I opted to have banana with them too which ended up being a delicious combo. Lovely staff, friendly vibes and nice and cosy interior. Walk a few paces down from Costa, you won't regret it!

I love going here, I would go everyday and eat the food every time I go there. It is friendly, inviting, fun place to be and the staff are amazing.
I come to this place for years and this has always been my favourite healthy place in Chard and specially for the pizzas and shakes, the coffee is really good as well. They are usually very friendly and welcoming and usually is a busy place. They do some offers it depends on the day and time, please call or check some photos for this. The last few times I been here I’ve noticed that the pizzas are not working he same anymore that’s why I gave fours stars but this is one of the best places in chard and are pet friendly too.
Have been a customer for a few years and there is nowhere better for drinks and eats. Coffee's are great and good varied eats. Sharon and her staff will always be happy to meet your order with a smile and thanks. Nice to know that Elios have just won an award for " Cafe of the Year" beating quite a few other businesses. Always looking forward to my next visit

Great coffee. Good place to eat for a quick bite, reasonably priced. Gluten free and vegan options available. Service was prompt and the staff were pleasant and friendly.
Really lovely cafe. Friendly service, dog friendly, clean and an excellent menu for those with a food intolerance.
Popped in for a quick coffee and cake. A small, cozy, café with friendly staff. Spacious as well. The coffee was excellent - just how it should come and in reasonably generous sized cups too (we had the medium cappuccino). What really stood out was the cakes - we had the mint tiffin. Wow! That taste - beats the corporates any day. Certainly worth going back for more.

Really enjoyed our visit yesterday. So nice they allowed the dog in, and spoilt him with treats and a bowl of water. Good coffee and good food.
Best chai latte I've had - period. Lovely service and atmosphere, great coffee, selection of superb smoothies and nice food; all at a perfectly reasonable price!
Cosy cafe with friendly vibe. Great coffee and cakes looked good but didn't try one. Small space with capacity for about 10 people. Dog friendly and card payments only.
The staff were so friendly and attentive, even though there was a sign informing customers they were badly understaffed. The coffee was perfect, the tea delicious and the food was beyond my expectations. If I was local this would be a regular haunt for me.
Passing through Chard needed a coffee, took a punt on this place despite the clip-art signage. Lovely people and a genuinely good flat white. Why anyone would go to the Costa when this place is three doors down is beyond me.

Nice spot, with a garden. Broad clientelle but a youthful feel to the place and the menu. A credit to Chard and worth a visit.
Very affordable and clean. What more can you ask for. The rooms are basic but you get all you need. The shower is wonderfully powerful. I can't stress how we are happy with this hotel. Very very clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
If you are within 100 miles of this popular, friendly, community minded cafe - visit it! Great coffee and the best pizza ever. With long opening hours and super staff if is a treat to be there. It is, as always, worth waiting for the best.
