Superb little bakery, why go to Costa, Starbucks etc, etc, when you have lovely little independent places like this?
Went today with two kids 6&2, the staff were superb, patient and very friendly.
The food was just as good as ther service.
What a fun little surprise. Went here for lunch when working at our local office. Had a fresh deli made sandwich and had to buy a cake (though I should have split it with someone). Would definitely recommend - thoroughly filling lunch and much better than store bought pre-made sandwiches.
Matt's Bakery, a shop fully of friendly staff. Freshly baked bread & cakes. Wonderful sandwiches and hot & cold beverages.

A great return visit to this wonderful independent bakery. Had a tasty breakfast which set me up for the day. Still had to take z little something away for later. The staff are all so friendly and the food was great. Thanks until my next visit.

I first visited at closing time but they still happily let me use their toilet (a very welcome relief for any driving instructor) so I finally managed to visit and had a chicken mayo bap! Omg! By far the best sandwich I’ve bought in a very long time. So full of filling and salad, tasty, fresh and very good value for money! I most definitely will visit when I’m in the area again between lessons 🫶
Had a buffet delivered to work today, beautiful fresh food and a great selection for meat, fish, veggie, vegan & dairy free eaters. Would highly recommend.
This is a hidden gem for lunch. Really friendly staff, good variety of baguette fillings and great sausage rolls!
