I took my Mum away for the weekend 17/02/18 and found this hotel on travel zoo. We had a brilliant time from the moment we arrived. The hotel grounds were lovely as we drove up to the hotel.
All the staff we great apart from one but forget his name and only briefly saw him on the front desk so it didn’t ruin mine or my mums stay. The gentleman who showed us to our room was very good and helpful throughout our stay sorry forgot his name too but he was excellent.
The room was big and the bathroom was stunning. Plus nice little extras like nuts in the room and homemade cordial in the fridge were an added bonus. When we went down for dinner we were greeted by gracious and well run staff who seated us in the library and asked us for our drink order and went through the 3 menu options on the day. Also has I didn’t want any mushrooms, they went through the options that contained them which was a nice touch.
We were seated in the main dining room and the food was beautiful highly recommended. The beef blade was melt in your mouth. Plus the pecan pie was great. The staff all very knowledgeable and delightful too. Also the young girl who was offering us bread throughout the evening, sorry really bad with names was very good.
Our sleep was very comfy too so always a good sign when staying away. The turn down service again another nice touch and excellently done.
The breakfast was also another highlight great continental offering and cook breakfast offering too. The chopped fruit was delicious and the prunes my mum says were the best she had tasted. I had smoked haddock with poach eggs and this was done perfectly and my mum had a full English which was also delicious.
Has we we were checking out we were offered fruit and water to take on our journey which again I thought was another nice touch and the lady behind reception was brilliant for all our stay really sorry bad with names. Next time I come back and will be definitely coming back I will remember everyone’s names lol.
I have already recommended this hotel to my mother in law and my best friends mum so they will also be coming to visit at some point this year. Thanks you again and see you soon.
From the minute we arrived to this beautiful brokencote hall we were impressed.
From being greeted as we got out of the car to the reception we were really looked after being shown to our room which was a lovely surprise as we had been upgraded to
no.10 beautiful room.
Our bar and then dining experience was fabulous. Must say food was by far the best we have probably ever tasted. Everyone of the staff were really great. Very professional.
Turn down service while we were dining was lovely to walk back into the room to.
Had a Lovely night sleep and woke to have a lovely breakfast in the dining room. Just Perfect we will be returning to this gem of a place. �
My brother Mario and his wife Nadia got married on the 11-8-2017 it's an amazing place no matter where you looked it toke your breath away!! It's was a beautiful! The staff was friendly and very helpful!!! The good was delicious, the wines excellent!!!! In our room was spotless, was very relaxing, it had everything you needed we love the brockencote hall we have a wonderful time here!! I would recommend it anyone this why I give it 5 stars This why by bother Mario & Nadia Sorano chosen this place cos it's make you feel very special!!! Absolutely fantastic place ***** thank you so.. much!!! Xx

An absolute delight and first class experience! I booked this stay via travelzoo and despite this (sometimes you are treated like you are on a deal) we were treated like royalty from start to finish. The staff were very professional and could not do enough to help us. We were upgraded complimentarily to a superior suite and asked whether we would like a complimentary newspaper delivered to our room for the morning. Our bags were carried to our room and we were given a detailed explanation of all the facilities in our room. Within fifteen minutes, prosecco and handmade chocolates were delivered to our room (part of the offer). Dinner was superb. Complimentary canapés were offered and the standard and quality of the food was fantastic. The restaurant definitely deserves its rosette status. Waiters and waitresses were all very professional and courteous and the whole experience was a perfect birthday treat for my fiancé. We would recommend to others and hope to come again soon. Worth every penny.
My partner and I were so impressed with Brockencote Hall. We were unexpectedly upgraded to room 12 which was stunning with beautiful views. The staff were fabulous. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend
Exceptionally high standards from the minute you enter the grounds to throughout the hotel , the staff welcome you show you around take you to you room where fresh fruit � � � fresh milk � jar cookies � tea coffee coffee machine are all complimentary in the gorgeous bedrooms with slippers and dressing gowns
The food and service in the restaurant and bar is excellent, we have had an amazing time here for a family wedding weekend, I can’t praise Brockencote Hall enough for their standards of excellence!

We were here for a family wedding and had the whole hotel to ourselves.
Beautiful surroundings, fabulous room....if a little hot, but being able to turn the radiator off and open the window helped! Fruit, nuts, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sparkling and still water all provided. Loved the slippers and bath to be too.

Superb! We booked through Secret Escapes and found this hotel exceptional. Upgraded to a Feature room - fabulous! The staff were amazing, so genuine and professional. Lots of lovely little intricacies - turning down your room while you're at dinner, camomile tea prepared for you when you return to your room, home made chocolates (divine) on arrival and many more. We loved the whole experience and definitely hope to return in the future.
I had such a fantastic time celebrating my nephew's wedding to his beautiful bride, Everything was perfect. The food, the wine, the music and the company. Could not fault this beautiful place and especially the bedroom.
Would love to go back again sometime for short break.

We had afternoon tea at Brockencote Hall. A wonderful setting, beautifully decorated and delicious food. I would definately recommend this place for a special occasion. In fact I can't wait for an excuse to cone back!

What a wonderful celebration for my husbands birthday, from the minute we arrived the warm nature and ability of the staff to make you feel that you are the only ones there with the service is exceptional and credit to the hotel. The food is sublime and can't recommend this place enough on food and service. Now our favourite place to eat in the local area. Thank you for making my husbands birthday so special and lovely touch with birthday card waiting on table. The new assistant restaurant manager, can't remember his name (sorry you did tell us twice!) and Charlotte far exceeded our expectations. We will be back next month to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
We had our wedding here. The venue, staff and food are second to none and can't be beaten. Amazing would highly recommend.
Dinner at the Chaddesley Restaurant was a fabulous experience; both the bar and dining room were beautifully appointed and cozy. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was perfect and unforgettable.
My partner and I decided on the tasting menu and enjoyed canapés with cocktails in the bar and an amuse-bouche, two starters, two main courses, two desserts, and cheeses in the dining room.
The level of service received throughout was outstanding and I would wholeheartedly recommend the experience.

Decor, service, food faultless.
Canapés, whilst we chose the food in the bar, crab starter and the quail starter were nice and the duck was cooked beautifully. Halibut and eel were smoky and so tasty.
I cannot wait to go back!
Amazing place me and my family loved the food my daughter had the chicken and she said best chicken she has had in her life, the waiters and waitresses were lovely and the front desk staff thank you for a great afternoon
