Lovely long walk with kids around Alwyn reservoir. Then walked around Llyn Brenig and had lunch in the cafe. Kids played on park. Fantastic walk and beautiful scenery
This fully accessible café has a great view over Llyn Brenig. The food we had was very nice but the menu was very limited, the building design, its setting and lovely atmosphere deserving more than was available.

Lovely food and friendly staff . Came in at 20 past 12 hoping for breakfast but they said breakfast only before 12. Also needs to be dog friendly save us eating in the rain…
Didn't have much food but was good, this place is on route to the dam we visited last year and wot a great find it is. I love it here and we'll go again very soon
Very clean, food didn't take too long to come. Food choice was quite limited though. Great views across the lake.
Great food served by friendly staff with beautiful views, what more could you ask for.
Added bonus is the local produce and gift shops on the same level as the cafe.

Was a very welcome sight after our walk. Lovely food in a delightful setting. The pasties were huge, piping hot and delicious. The staff were very friendly.

Fantastic breakfasts and bacon butties. Reasonable prices too.
Lovely lunch with quick service in an idyllic location. Seeing the ospreys was the icing on the cake.
Never tire of going up to the Brenig. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Really enjoy watching the Osprey and it is so relaxing there.
