Five of us had afternoon tea yesterday. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were offered several refills of tea, coffee and soft drinks. The sandwiches were fresh and a good variety of flavours. Homemade scones were still warm and delicious. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

We stopped here en route from London travelling further north based on reviews and it being just a short detour from the motorway. Absolutely delightful visit, it was a Sunday so we got both the meat and vegetarian Sunday roast options - both delicious! Very welcoming environment, ample parking, calm atmosphere and friendly staff. Good value for money with adequate portion sizes. Clean and well-kept, clean toilets also. The high reviews are well-deserved and this was a fantastic option instead of relying on over-priced motorway service stations. Would not hesitate to do the same again when driving by! Added bonus of an adorable cat wandering the premises, staff offered to take it out however if it were bothersome - but we found it charming. Thanks guys!

A wonderful farm shop and tea room! On our latest visit, we only popped in for a drink but the food was so tempting! Very busy atmosphere which is great to see, staff were very welcoming and polite, overall a very pleasant place for a relaxed coffee break or a fabulous lunch!

Called in on our way past down the M1. Found via Google maps and the good reviews. Great place for a stop and some food. We had mixed ploughman's and drinks. Food was great quality and well priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also a great farm shop. If we lived close by we would be in the shop ask the time, lots of great items, many local and fresh. We will definitely be back when we need an M1 stop in the future.

We have been here a few times now. It really is a gem. A gorgeous farm shop and other little boutique. Our first visit was for breakfast and this time for lunch to celebrate a very small baby shower. Both times the service has been great, food delicious and atmosphere lovely. Highly recommended the brie, bacon and cranberry baguette in the cafe and buying some flavoured milk from the shop. It is a family favourite now so we'll be back, hopefully for the pie night!

Great service. All our food arrived hot, plentiful and very tasty. Very friendly cat. The only criticism, and very minor, is we could have done with some cushions on the seats on the wooden chairs. Bought lots of fresh produce from the farm shop on the way out. We will be back to eat and buy more from the farm shop 😀

I’ve been to Manor Farm more times than I can remember, but only for one thing…their full English! If you want fresh ingredients and the BEST breakfast in the area, stop here. 10/10 on quality and staff too. Can’t wait to come again soon!

Updating existing review! Sorry Catthorpe team, seems I am not one to take many photos or I'm not patient enough to take photos when I have my eggs benedict in front of me 😂 I visit Manor farm shop and cafe each weekend as it's one of my local shops. The fresh produce, meat, ambient And beer selection have never let me down. I love the sausages produced from the farm and always top up on Sercomes ham and bacon. As for the cafe, Steve it is always a pleasure when you are working. The entire team are very friendly and helpful with questions. Firm favourites are the Mr Grindels big breakfast, eggs benedict, ploughman's (meat and cheese) along with many of the Sunday roast options. Grateful to have Manor farm on my doorstep!

Everyone. This place is possibly the most secret restaurant for the best breakfast in a five mile area of rugby. In fact I don’t wish to share it as it will get busier. Honestly the breakfasts have many choices and options. The sausages and bacon omg out of this world. The entire breakfast fair is of high quality with so many choices and once again best eggs I have ever had. No I do not own or have shares in manor farm I would just like people to experience what I consider to be the best quality breakfast this country has to offer (sure there are many other restaurants I have not visited that are also amazing) however I in my 50 years on this dying planet have visited many places for breakfast all over Europe and I would still say “in my opinion” this place the best place for breakfast is “manor farm” all freshly cooked local produce and served with a smile. I also recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice with ice, it’s awesome. Manor farm owners and staff - thank you for making breakfast an amazing experience and a tasty lovely event (which is very well priced) Thank you. Brett

Our first time at Manor Farm and we will definitely be back. We stayed as a small group of families and really enjoyed our time here. Lovely views, excellent bathroom facilities, some of the best we have seen in our many years of camping. The farm shop is directly across the road and is stocked with fresh produce from the farm and local businesses. The beer barn has so many different local brews, really impressive. Credit to the owners, a job very well done.

Nice well stocked farm shop with a cafe. The cafe was busy when we arrived but service was good with sensible prices too. Enjoyed breakfasts and sandwiches followed by a brownie, all very good.
