Popped in for a sit in coffee and cake. Coffee OK but how are you supposed to eat a custard slice without a fork or spoon, no plate obviously . Why sell it if it can not be eaten without getting in a total mess. Tasted nice but won't opt for that again
Had to wait 10 mins for the sausage roll to be cooked as they had run out, but service was friendly and efficient.
We visited Caterham store on Thursday 16th March. I used the app to get my birthday cake. The young man was really friendly and we were really impressed with him. He wished me a happy birthday, nice touch. A credit to your company. He also helped another man by opening the door, that had a walking stick. He will go far. Would definitely visit again due to him.

We usually enjoy our snacks in Gregg's. Today as with other after 1'0clock snacks, the savoury pastries were COLD Nowhere, in our opinion, were they as nice as when HOT.
Greggs is a useful place to drop in for a light inch and coffee before shopping. The service is usually quick, and the prices are reasonable.
