Went here a few days ago, the black guy that served us was brilliant, really nice and really went out of his way to provide a good service, unfortunately, the place is grotty like every neros I go into, with the exception of Oxted.

Just popped in here for a quick snack and drink before they closed. Food was delicious and drink was very tasty. The lady behind the bar, Tanya, was really sweet and helpful despite being on her own. Thank you very much, we’ll be back soon!

Our go to place for coffee. Can always rely on good service and a great coffee. There's always a decent selection of cakes and pastries too. When we take our dog he sits quietly under the table and enjoys the occasional cuddle from other customers. Well done Nero on allowing well behaved dogs in you
Lovely coffee and almond croissant but the place is in need of a little fix up,nothing serious but furniture is a bit worn and toilet could do with a good jet wash or better still a refurb.
Overall its a nice enough place to relax and enjoy nice coffee.
Nice friendly, good customer service premises nice and clean, with several hand sterilising also spray solution and paper roll stations all set up for hands and to wipe table etc around. Adequate Bins for rubbish. Nice choice of hot and cold food cakes and drinks. Well organised social distance
Had lunch here, Chose a soup and it was served with ciabatta and butter. Absolutely yummy. Hubby had a cappuccino and sandwiches they looked good too. A good place to come. Clean and well kept. Staff very busy but pleasant with it and good customer service. Always come back here.
