A group of ten of us came here for lunch yesterday. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Food delish and excellent value for money. Thanks very much Nick and your very efficient and enthusiastic assistant.

Had a great night 28th October......Halloween With DJ......coverage of the rugby final, great atmosphere, staff all in Fancy Dress to get into the spirit of Halloween. Really friendly staff and efficient service. Overall a really enjoyable night! Thank you.
We went here for date night out and my husband ordered 5 sharing plates. We very enjoyed it 😋 I also tried non-alcoholic herbal drink “Fentimans” - It smell good and not too sweet
Why have I not been here before. What a find! Had the most amazing Pie and Mash. The pie was huge with lovely steak filling and thick crust pastry. The staff were well and friendly. Very clean pub. And the outdoor garden area looked very big, I’ll be back in the summer.
Lived in Caterham for 7 years my first visit to the pub, very over stimulated in there, had rugby on, football on and a dj and disco with flashing lights.. I had standard lager good price only a fiver, wife had gin and tonic a single expensive. Didn't eat, couldn't hold a conversation too loud. It's okay overall
Glyn and his team were amazing when my sisters and I had a ‘family get together’. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent - we all had something different - as was the service. Very friendly staff. Will definitely meet up there again. Thank you from all of us !!
Was served by Ashley I only came in for a pint, but ended up having lunch as Ashley showed me the the lunchtime offer. He was Very friendly, sincere, and even did a check back. 100% will be back!!

Excellent food, this is impossible nuggets (vegan) with Korean BBQ sauce and they are just delicious!!! I've asked for BBQ chicken and I've ate there before and was delicious as well. Highly recommended
Had a lovely time dining at the William garland for dinner. Massive thank you to the chef who was so lovely and welcoming. We will definitely be returning to dine in. Restaurant was a lovely atmosphere. Toilets were very clean. Food was lovely. Portion sizes are very big, which is brilliant especially for the price!
Nice to meet up with mate, especially with the garden outside. However, we did get showered a lot from the blossoming tree with seeds flying everywhere including into our pints!
Pleasant pub, recommend for stopping off for a bite to eat and drink if in the area. Nice big beer garden so can get a seat in or out!

The fish and chips are lovely and the staff are very kind towards me and my friends as we have brain injuries also it's not too expensive and it's very nice

Would definitely recommend with a clear conscience!
However- Can get a little noisy- So worth bearing in mind if you want to have a quiet meal!

Nice environment. Good food, it took a while to arrive though. I had nachos that were missing the guacamole and the sauce wasn't what we expected, but other than that it was good .
