Hands down the best restaurant on the Isle of Man. It's like you ported a high-end restaurant from London into sleepy little Castletown.

We used to have our weekly retreat at their previous restaurant in Camden, London called Shimogamo. It was delicious, authentic and very friendly, all the family misses them and we hope we can travel to the Isle of Man one day to talk with this great chef again.
