Gorgeous food beautiful spot. Food was very good. Girl serving absolutely no interaction or recognition of you when you arrived. Decor fab good meal chips were lovely too. They don't do mash option just with bangers and mash didn't see a desert menu wasn't offered one. But very full anyway.

Popped in for lunch. Fish and chips were good. Mistake with order was quicky rectified. Pub fare well cooked.
We came here as a party of six for breakfast yesterday and was greeted with a warm and friendly host (lady with dark hair). We all had a hot breakfast which was delicious and everything piping hot. Couldn’t ask for better.

Since restarting Sunday lunches have been to the Garrison the last few weeks and have been impressed. Attentive, friendly service, very nicely presented quality food and good value for money. Compares very favourably with the various sunday lunches previously had at a number of brewery pubs.

A recommendation from a local led us to eating out here. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Very cheap too, and that’s including the drinks. Will definitely call again.
Good return to old tapas menu along with old chef!! Characterful setting even baby changing facilities just need to ramp up the heating for extra star!
