Lovely, comfortable interior. So handy to drive here and call in after filling my van with fuel. Staff in the background very busy, forget to smile. I feel that once you have your drink and waiting for hot food. You can sit down and hit food brought over to your table would be a greater experience

Could not find one table that didn't need cleaning not just needing a wipe down put loads of tables with cups left on them, not a great deal of people in so it's not as though it was too busy.. manager came from behind back saw how bad it was a did a fast clean up.. but not enough for up never to go
Plenty of seating on our visit, there was a sanitizer station inside the doorway. One of the servers was cleaning tables as soon as a customer vacated the table. The barista was efficient in making the coffee's.

Plenty of space to find a sit and have a coffee break from all the shopping. Very friendly and fast staff, but you will still will need to wait in the queue as for amount of people they serving.
Visited midweek for a change and a lot more relaxed. Still good service, courteous staff and a decent cup of coffee. Never fails to meet expectations.
Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon, staff were rushed off their feet but happy and friendly, the restaurant was clean and tidy, the service was fast and efficient.

Poor girl on the till was run ragged.. Shop was super busy and all the delivery orders didn't help 45 minutes in the queue... Girl serving was super helpful and bought drink out to me save me standing and waiting for that too
Not been in a Costa Coffee since😧 Lockdown so it was a special treat the server and barista made us feel very welcome and safe as they observed Covid 19 restrictions in a responsible way. 😷😊☕
