Went in to be greeted by the waiter with a face like a slapped arse unfortunately. Can't really tell who works there and who doesn't as half of them weren't in uniform. Wasn't particularly busy. Prices are fair in today's market I would say. Drinks took a fair while to make their way to the table, other staff equally unhappy as they're walking around etc. shame to see it so empty on a saturday afternoon when its so sunny outside too. Quality wise - The burgers were top notch. Really really good. I had the BBQ brisket fries which were great, my friends had the lasagna which they were impressed with. Food arrived very quickly. Overall - I'd come again as the food is brilliant and the prices are fair, mostly. Portions were decent. Would come again. Thanks all. Absolutely recommend BBQ brisket fries.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our experience today. Our server Ellen was exceptional, providing friendly, efficient service, she was a real highlight of our visit from the moment we arrived and is a real asset to this restaurant. The food was excellent, arriving quickly and was all very tasty and reasonably priced. We have visited Frankie and Benny's many times but today's visit really stood out. Many thanks again to the team today.

Absolutely fantastic meal here today, menu looks to have had a revamp since last time I was there. Went with my sister who is vegan and there is a LOT of vegan options now. I had the rialto salad and it was amazing, and the keylime pie is to die for. Service was great too.

We love Frankies & Bennys, great staff, good food and a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately for me & probably many others they have decided to stop doing the mixed grill. The replacement bbq platter (seen in pic minus the rack of ribs) is overpriced at £30 and not all that.

It's very rare me and my partner go out to eat, we decided to come to Frankie and Benny's this evening for a little date night. We both ordered burgers, I got classic chees and he got double bacon. My burger was spot on however my partners was a bit under cooked. He doesn't like to complain so he ate what he could and left the rest, when we finished the waiter took our plates away and we asked for the bill still not mentioned the undercooked burger. As we waited for our bill the waiter came back to the table and said he noticed that the burger was undercooked, he said he spoke to the kitchen staff and the manager and due to the undercooked meat they decided to take some money off our bill. Me and my partner just looked at each other in shock and thanked the waiter, for being so lovely and kind it's not very often you get people like that these days. The service was amazing...... Thank you for a great evening ❤

As a family of three we had breakfast which was well cooked and tasted good the only issue was having a child with us we were sat besides a group of women on a hen party, the language was in poor taste.

Very good value for money and very nice food. Service by our waiter Elaine was superb. I had the chicken strips starter and the carbonara main, which had plenty of bacon in it and was very tasty. Lost one star due to being seated at a table that had a lot of loose pepper granules Elaine cleared it up and couldn't understand why we had been seated there in the first place as it was the table they had used to refill the salt and pepper mills, and it was near the kitchen doors. Would definitely go back to the Junction 32, Doncaster restaurant again.

Love Frankie & Benny's! This is also my daughters favourite place, but as the ones near us closed it is a special treat to come out to Castleford. We hadn't booked as we just called after attending an appointment at Pinderfields, not a problem, we were seated immediately. As it was a Friday lunchtime we ate from the lunchtime menu and enjoyed a 3 course lunch and unlimited drink for less than £20/adult, the kids menu is about £8, so less than £60 for a 3 course meal and drinks for 4 of us! Bargain!! Great choice and the food was amazing, service faultless, drinks easy to get refilled, would highly recommend visiting, particularly on a weekday lunchtime for great value 😀
