We were told it would be 15 minutes until we were seated as it was busy, we were sat down within 5, food ordered and at the table in a surprisingly quick time. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, all cooked perfectly. When our starters arrived we were asked whether we wanted our mains at the same time to which we obliged. To our shock they arrived straight away, which concerns me as to whether they would have just been sat on the hot plate going dry until we had finished our starters if we had chose otherwise. Other than that lovely meal night out.

We were on our way back home to Cambridge having just completed the Manchester Marathon in need of some good grub. Nandos did not disappoint. On top of being sufficiently satiated the customer service we received from Niall was outstanding. He was warm, welcoming, friendly and made our evening at Nandos incredibly enjoyable. Thank you Niall!

A decent Nandos but 'could do with a good wash' as the saying goes. Wasn't exactly clean with lots of stuff on the floor, and it's quiet, so I'm not sure why. Also, I didn't get my starter until after my main had arrived, so that's not great. The staff were friendly and worked to resolve the matter.

Great food as is always the case with Nando's, but what was a pleasant surprise was the range of beers. Had a few nice ones that wouldn't be out of place in a decent bar. Great staff, and excellent customer service received. Thanks

This review is August 9th 2020. During the covid19 pandemic where certain restrictions had to apply. Firstly you scan a QR code displayed on the window and enter your name and contact number. This is used to alert you that a table is free and approx waiting time, in our case 45-50 mins, so having registered, we tootled off around the shopping mall. 15 mins later a text arrived to say a table is available, and we have 10 mins to get there. They ask for a reply to let them know you are on the way. On arrival we were shown our table, ordering from the menu is via a QR code printed on the table. Payment is via card. Food and drinks are delivered to your table. So far so covid19. The food and service here was impeccable and safe. The staff more helpful, friendly and attentive than a 5 star restaurant, I wanted to hug them all. (but that'd be even weirder) Honestly the food was tasty, delicious, perfectly cooked. The only downside, and not their fault, is that they cannot accept prepaid gift cards, which was a bummer cos I had one given for my birthday.

The sunset burger was a good choice but the chicken wings were not flavored enough. Generally, it’s good for a quick meal but still has space to improve.

Popped out for a quick lunch at Nandos, restaurant wasn't too busy but also not empty. Pick a table, order at the bar style of service. I'd personally never been to a Nandos before, and I wasn't disappointed. Chicken wasn't too dry, chips were well seasoned, the mango and lime sauce was very nice. The bread bun was a bit tough, not sure if that's how it's intended. Pleasant staff and pleasant meal!

First time at Nando's. Food was exactly add requested and arrived literally 2 mins after I sat back down from ordering. Food was nice. Drinks little steep. Friendly service. Will return.

Meal was perfect . Just a pity we had to wait 40 mins to get seated. Even when there was tables empty and staff just waĺking about .

First time at a Nandos and the staff were very polite and took me through the whole process. The food came out and was very nice. Good bottomless drinks, choice of additional sauces to try the heat levels and the atmosphere was good. It was very busy on a bank holiday weekend but we were seating quicker than they told us. We would go again.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? I have lots of respect and administration for the staff and everyone else at Nando’s Castleford. They have been brilliant with their service. My son and I feel like a part of the team now as they know us and our needs. Each time our food is burnt , they are always happy to replace or give a refund. The smiles on their faces , priceless. I cant thank them enough, great team 👍👍👍😁😁😁😁
