The food was quite good. They even had a vegan spinach and falafel burger (pictured) and some vegan dessert options. Only downside was the waiting time due to it being one of the few places open for lunch on the island.

Absolutely delicious garlic prawns and flat bread. Succulent prawns in a lovely garlicky, chilli butter. Flat bread tasted good too. Partner chose bbq bacon cheeseburger- again really tasty with plenty of fries and onion rings in a light batter. Great value for money and a great view too!

Decent coffee and good choice of large portion meals. Not amazing but will certainly fill you up and for a reasonable price. Would return.

Lovely little shop with friendly staff. Nice that you can see into the kitchen where they make the yummy toffee. Delicious lunches too. I recommend the hot smoked salmon!

Stopped here today for lunch, had a great seat in the sun overlooking the water. Got veggie burgers - great value for money with big portion inc fries and onion rings :) also donโ€™t use any plastic! They also stock oat milk and was a great coffee! Lovely quick service and great staff. Thanks!!

Stopped off for scones & cloutie dumpling, coffee & a sneaky icecream after the ferry crossing. Delicious & super friendly ( brought our dog water & he refused to have any! ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿพ) Bought a tin of their lovely Hebridean toffee. ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ Highly recommended. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

Fantastic tablet. So tasty. Also bought a skippinish cd which is fantastic. We order some food also which was tasty and also enormous portions, onion rings are lovely and my husband was given 3 slices of fish with his fries which was also tasty. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Brilliant food the Crab is to die for also the Scampi. Burger's are very filling plus milk shakes made with ice cream amazing. My favourite was a soda floater. If your hungry it mustn't be missed. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Wishing you every success from Grumpy and Geraldine

Deliciously chunky scampi and crisp chips. Wee one loved the ice cream. Our AirBnB host also left a bag of Hebridean tablet for us in the house, which was quickly demolished. (The tablet. Not the house.)

Amazing scottish tablet. You will want to stay on Barra to ensure your stock never runs out. Very pleasant helpful staff, enjoyed drinks, scampi and chips and a huge scone with jam and cream. All delish but the toffee was the best

Tiny little shop that serves delicious cakes and scones and Hebridean Toffee (tablet). We we slightly disappointed there was no savoury food but when we saw inside we understood why! Teensy. The delicious cakes more than made up for it. Worth bearing in mind there is no loo and the nearest is at community centre around 500 yards away. Defo worth a visit!
