This 1 star Michelin restaurant is located in Manor House, a gorgeous place in Castle Combe. It serves 8 courses tasting menu. They are all elegantly presented. The dishes are cooked with distinct flavors and very delicious. Apart from the pickle carrot in main dish is a bit too sour for me, all is perfect. This place is well deserved for 1 Star Michelin Award.

We had a wonderful time at the Michelin 1 star Bybrook. It had a polished and yet friendly service. The food was presented beautifully and they tasted wonderful. The menu reflected fine British cuisine elegantly.

We had an exceptional seven course meal at the Bybrook. Service, the manor and the food was beyond our expectations.

Had a fantastic six course tasting menu meal here as part of our hotel stay. Every course was delicious and presented to our table with a smile and at the appropriate time so we didn't feel rushed at all. There were a couple of standout dishes but every one was really good. As its a tasting menu some of the dishes were just a mouthful and in the words of Gregg Wallace I could of eaten a bucketful. Lovely service and lovely menu, dread to think how long chef and his brigade were working to create a truly special dunner thank you 😊

We just enjoyed our second meal here in two years at this Michelin star restaurant. Excellent food, warm service and a lovely setting in Castle Combe. The wine pairings were excellent, chosen by a warm and friendly Italian sommelier. The seven course meal was also superb, the only downside was the serving of delicious lamb was insufficient! All four of us had a wonderful evening, although not cheap we feel the experience is well worth the price.

Another Michelin one star that's all deserved. The wonderful trip starts from the entrance of the gate to the restaurant. Atmosphere, color and the giant chess and janga is great for photo and most importantly. Good is extraordinary good!

This 1* Michelin rated fine dining restaurant is located within the 14th Century Manor House Hotel in the picturesque village of Castle Coombe. Superb well kept grounds, elegant bar area and spacious dining room in a semi formal setting. Tasting Menu was good that contained one or two standout dishes, all served at appropriate intervals together with attentive and friendly service. Our package included an overnight stay in one of the mews cottages with four poster bed adjacent to the hotel grounds. Expensive but recommended.

Honestly the starters are the best bits! The cod would be delicious if it is cooked perfectly. It requires delicate cooking. It cannot always get right. Dessert are interesting and memorable. Service is so so, but overall is very good dining experience.

Food was excellent but the service was not what we expected for a Michelin star restaurant.

Fantastic food, gorgeous location. The only negative is the hideous decor in the dining room. Wayyy too many leaf themed accessories and furniture, needs some rethinking as it was overkill for us. Apart from that, a must visit!

First visit to this restaurant, and celebrating a birthday. Started with a drink in the bar and was impressed they have a good selection of non-alcoholic cocktails as well as regular ones, particularly good for the driver in our group. Moved through to the restaurant and ordered from the A la Carte menu. Food was excellent and service was great too. Wait staff noticed whenever our water glasses were empty and offered to replenish wine glasses too. Pacing between courses was just right. It was a quiet evening so not many people in for dinner, but the dining room is beautiful and there is plenty of room between tables. Would definitely return.

Beautiful setting, very attentive and friendly staff, delicious food and will certainly return. Really enjoyed our visit and found the staff phenomenal despite all the COVID restrictions in place. Rooms are very well appointed and lovely to have log fires in throughout the hotel.

Castle Combe is beautiful. The Manor really adds to the unique charm. Had afternoon tea and risotto, both excellent.
