The White Hart - Castle Cary - Photo album

A basic, unprepossesing, pub. Good welcome given to our walking group. Limited food menu but very good value. Excellent ham, 2 eggs, chips and peas for £10.. Hot drinks good value too..
Came here twice during a short stay nearby. Staff friendly and helpful.
White Hart is a lovely pub. Always clean, staff very friendly. Great during spring and summer when you can sit outside 🙂
Would've been 5 stars but we weren't able to get food. Lovely pub, friendly and clean
Nice pub. Great selection of lagers and ample parking. Lovely bathrooms, even though it is a bit of a walk! I will visit again in the future. Country pub atmosphere, but not too dreary. Recommend to anyone in the area.
Nice traditional pub.
Had a lovely meal on my trip to Somerset, definitely try the steak! The puddings are amazing also! Very friendly staff and cosy atmosphere
First class proper pub, very friendly , good beer and the food was fantastic. Well recommended .
Love the idea sitting at the bar and talking to local landlord and other customers over a pint of local ale. Typical small town pub with loads of character and a good selection of beers on tap as well as traditional cider. Also cater for the hungry and Sunday menu reasonably priced.
Was driving through this area visiting friends, popped in after a long drive from Cornwall with husband and two teenage boys and 11 year old daughter. Menu looked yummy so ordered four meals. Food was so delicious we didn't leave a morsel. Great chef, lovely ambience, welcoming and friendly landl
