Lovely place to go to for coffee and cake. Friendly and helpful staff making for a very pleasant first visit. Good coffee and the cake was excellent. Will go back again soon.
Had a hot chocolate and it was fantastic (which is very rare as I like mine extremely strong) My wife liked her coffee as well.
We decided to try Lynwood and support a local business rather than use a chain and it was absolutely the right decision!
Artisan barista coffees that taste delicious and actually of the beans they're made from. I'd highly recommended the Piccolo as shorter, stronger Latte style drink.
The staff were lovely too, friendly, and helpful.
I'd happily give more stars if Google would let me!
Travelling through Carterton, we decided to pop in for some breakfast. It was absolutely, 100%, amazing, the sourdough toast is out of this world. I had the Carterton Fry, highly recommended. I am unable to state just how good this was. Unbelievable.

Fantastic little cafè, perfect for a quick quite cup of coffee at off peak times. Went in around 11:30 which was perfect timing, left after an hour just when it started to get really busy. Had brioche French toast with lemon mascarpone, blueberries and maple syrup and a flat white. Presentation was excellent and the taste was perfect, exactlywhat I needed. A little more than I usually spend but as a one off treat every so often it's worth it.

A great venue and my first choice in carterton. The food is fairly priced, the staff are always welcoming and the produce is great. I met friends here recently for breakfast and it didn't disappoint, the coffee choices are great too.
a good and different place in the town, the bread is spectacular I recommend the avocado toast, maybe it is a bit expensive but the quality is excellent, I recommend and I will repeat
The food is nice and the coffee is lovely.
The service isn't the quickest and you will leave smelling a little like you've been in the kitchen yourself but there is seating outside should you desire
