Very tasty food, good portions. Lovely pub and friendly staff
Another gem of the British countryside, just a short 350m walk off the carsington waters path, you will find this hidden beauty of a pub, dogs and muddy boots are welcome. The food was nice but a little overpriced.
I am more than happy to share my thoughts on The Miners Arms. My walking group B123 Walks recently completed a walk around Carsington Water and we were lucky enough to stumble upon this charming establishment. The Sunday lunch was absolutely incredible, with a fantastic variety of options to choose
Great friendly atmosphere and staff. Great quality and interesting food some you really don't expect from a classic pub restaurant but all really tasty
Nice modern pub, were staying at the cottages nearby, that was the nearest choice to us. Everything was good, quick delivery of orders, tasty food, nice service. I would recommend ordering pies, seems like that is their specialty, very fresh and tasty. Burgers were just ok, but not the best.
Had lunch with the Hubby and the dog in here today ,the menu is amazing so we chose the beef cheek forester it was amazing the beef was melt in the mouth and vegetables were cooked perfectly too nice buttery mash we also had pudding too

The scenery driving to the pub was outstanding. The pub ambience was warm and welcoming. We were a large group with pre-ordered food, and everything went smoothly. The staff were fabulous, thank you. I've managed to delete photos 🙃 rather than crop them!! So this is my dish, beef cheeks, delicious 😋
Very dog friendly pub and the food was delicious. I had the chicken gyros which was huge! I saw somone else have pizzas and they looked amazing.
