Nice atmosphere, has that small village pub feeling.

Despite being packed on a Tuesday afternoon, the service was great, the food arrived hot and freshly cooked, and the staff were friendly too
A lovely little pub with beautiful low beamed ceiling in the bar. Up a few steps to more seating before going out the back to a sizeable, fully covered beer garden. There is also an upstairs function room. The Guinness was good as was the Doom Bar.
Stunning historic venue in stunning historic unspoilt area of Carshalton ponds with ponds opposite. Large rear area too and vibrant and great place to go and very friendly with lovely staff.
Highly recommend and great place to spend Friday or Saturday night, superb!
The best Sunday roast dinner we've had in a long time, nice and freshly cooked and generous portion.Very reasonably priced and great service. Would definitely recommend.
I previously used to work here but I have to say it's still got good food and staff and a nice atmosphere always would always highly recommended

Lovely pub very quaint oldie worldie old pub with lots of original features with a great outside covered area with heaters. Great theme nights too. Highly recommend.
Great place to have a few a bit later in the Village as is open later. Also really good for Sports especially boxing. Land lady can be a bit much at times but overwise a great place
Lovely little wine bar in the heart of carshalton village. It's quite bigger than it looks with a fantastic garden. Has karaoke. And great parties. Excellent roasts and Christmas dinner all month, which was very tasty. The bar staff are lovely too.
Nice place to pop in for a quiet drink with views of the ponds. No food after 3 pm but good ambience
We received a very warm welcome from all the staff. The lunchtime food was delicious and excellent value for money. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

This pub has an awesome vibe!! Fantastic Atmosphere as well as the doormen being very professional in their role that was being played. Bar staff very courteous and professional too. Big thumbs up get yourself down there on a weekend for lively night, Karaoke on Thursday too. I would recommend 👌
Very good, well served roast for just under a tenner. They could only improve their beer selection.
