Walking into Bombay was a bit strange as you would assume it was just a pub and not a restaurant. Once you've walked down a little corridor and entered the restaurant, it had a pleasant feel to the place. I found the food to be nice and flavorful with the spices cooked through properly without the burn in the back of your throat. Atmosphere was nice with friendly staff. Not bad on the wallet too.
We had an amazing time here, the waitress was so pleasant, the owner of the restaurant made sure we had everything we needed and we couldn’t find any fault.
The food and service was excellent we had so much we had to take some home in a doggie bag.
The mint sauce is amazing!!! A must have.
We will be coming here again and the price was very reasonable, you must try it, you won’t be disappointed!!!!!
We had a couple of cocktails to start at a very reasonable price in the front bar . All the draft beers were 3 pounds a pint so my husband was happy . We then went into the restaurant at the back and had chicken 65 to start and butter chicken main and the food was perfect .The sri Lankan dishes are outstanding in this restaurant and are a must if you visit .staff were there to help they were friendly with a very polite owner . A good night all round .
Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing experience. We were asked for our preferences of specific dishes and how we would like it to be served. I would definitely reccomend visiting this restaurant.

I had at takeaway meal from here this evening for the first time...it was cooked beautifully....and hot....well presented....and a friendly waiter on the counter when I walked in to the restaurant....and it looked very clean,
and I can honestly say that it was absolutely fantastic....the chicken dish was full of moist chicken...the bombay veg biryani was excellent....so will most definitely being ordering from this restaurant again...and may also be trying it for a sit down meal in the future.
This restaurant is very unique to the other restaurants the food is amazing and the food is warm i will go here for every special occasion from now on i 100% would recommend this place for everyone of all ages
BOMBAY serves fantastic Sri Lancan dishes, Mutton rolls, Devilled squid and Devilled mushrooms to die for. RUBEN the manager is a great guy. RELAXED atmosphere, be prepared to wait during busy times.
The Food is excellent, the Manager Rueben is very welcoming, I would recommend this place to anyone - good selection of wine at reasonable prices

The food was very good, especially the devilled dishes, however the was an excessive delay for the food to come out (later learned this as everything was prepared freshly)
