Enjoy this place... Always kept clean... Staff very friendly and helpful.. The only annoying thing.. Which I seen for myself...able body Delivery drivers parking in the 2 only disable parking bays When there was other spaces available in the car park .. Parking up.. Getting there delivery bags out of there delivery cars.. And disabled drivers.. Either having to wait til they come out to obtain the space. Or having to park further away from the shop and trying to walk the longer distance...or queue up and go through the drive thru..
I'm not in here very often, but when I am, the staff go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with everything. The only reason the food category got four instead of five, is that I can only drink decaf coffee, and I can't get it here!!! Fab manager, fab staff. Thank you!!
Visit here tonight on the wind up which I no is bad but was served by young Harrison what a great experience he was a great team member very patient and understanding I wish McDonald’s would have him in train all the staff on how to deal with customers as he was amazing I’m on holiday from Edinburgh n for a drive thru takeaway in carrick kid keep doing what ur doing as u made us smile n I no ur customer service is outstanding we’ll done

Carrick macd's is probs 1 of the best, even if under pressure they still manage to bring table service to you, plus a very rare occasion orders are wrong
I am a mcdonalds fan. This is then only mcdonalds as of yet to not get my order wrong. However when i order on the app and i am able to give the reference for my order it would be appreciated if they didn't try to say the payment hadn't gone through. Remember mcdonalds you don't give your own reference code until the payment has been accepted.
As fitness freaks McDonalds isn't a place we visit often but when we do it is always for dessert. You can't beat a McFlurry and the specials are always lovely. At £1.39 it's a no brainer. The staff in the Carrickfergus branch are welcoming, friendly and helpful. There's plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor, and the place is clean. The time between ordering and receiving our order was under 5 minutes. What more can you ask from a fast food outlet?
