My mother my partner and I were over from Aberdeen and we went here thinking it was another chipper but found dillingers instead the reception we got from arrival to getting our food was 1st class great place people and amazing food will definitely be back when we come home again from the Belfast guy and partner and lady on crutches

Absolutely delicious Sunday treat. Chips were perfect and not at all greasy; nice and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy inside. My better half had fish and chips while I enjoyed the sliced chicken supper with fried onions, home made stuffing and pepper sauce. The staff were friendly and the premises were spotlessly clean. I can not recommend Dillingers strongly enough. Well done to Mark and his staff. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be back.
Sunday evening, didnt feel like cooking for one so decided on fish and chips. Googled for ones near me and found dillingers so as it was the first time and I wanted to be able to drive away if i didnt fancy it, I drove there and ordered.
Couple running it very pleasant and helpful. Ordered cod supper and drove home.
First of all it would have done two people! Fish was lovely, not thick portions (which I do like) but thin with lovely batter. Chips were not at all greasy and were nice and fluffy. Excellent value. Premises seemed very clean and hygiene was obviously a high priority.
I mentioned it was my first visit and they smiled and said ‘you will be back’ and reminded me of delivery options etc. They are right, I will be back and ive already told friends about it.

What a great chippy to only discover. Food was excellent, hot & not greasy like some. Delivered quickly and was surprised to have received an extra meal with my order only to phone and discover that the proprietor does this gesture on a regular basis to customers. How thoughtful! Well done Dillingers. Highly recommend. (Also their sausage supper meal contains 3 sausages) 👍
Best chippy in Co Antrim, we absolutely love the food, loads of choice, good portion sizes and really tasty, not greasy either, we've never had a bad meal. Staff are lovely and the food is delivered fresh and warm and we've never had to wait too long, although it's always worth any wait!

I hate chippies usually. However this place is my favourite place to eat! The food is always cooked to perfection & staff friendly. The chippy itself is so clean. Not like the usual chip shops in carrick. Love the sliced chicken, chips and pepper sauce 😋
Really tasty, you can tell the food served is so fresh! Best steakette we have ever tasted and the chips are cooked perfectly! Would definitely recommend.
Now listen up here guys I've had out of many chippers all over the place and hands down this one is great!! finally a chippy that uses proper beef burgers I near ate my fingers too the burger was inhaled down me that quick 😋 the chicken strips are great too proper batter with some herbs in fresh chicken used aswell the thick chips are great and the stuffing sasuages and gravy meal everything 100% no complaints from me at all which is a first definitely be back and definitely recommend this place best by far in Carrick.
