This is a vibrant department store in a town centre where several businesses have recently closed. The sales had some great value items. We were really impressed with the security guy/shop assistant who was marshalling entry to the toilets - very professional.

Excellent restaurant here. We have been to many Debenhams stores in Wales and England and this is the best with excellent choice of food, friendly and efficient staff and it is always clean. We visit and eat here a lot as well as perusing and purchasing in the rest of the store. All staff in this store seem friendly and eager to help without being pushy.

Decided to visit Debenhams cafe for a change this morning from my usual place (M&S) , very welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly service especially from a polite young blond lady, unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she is a credit to your store. Will most definitely be visiting again soon.

Such a surprising store. The selection of clothes for the over 55's is (in my view) much better than the other "well known High St retailer." It's spotlessly clean and tidy and prices are very reasonable.

Visited the Estée Lauder counter yesterday for some help with foundation shades, and the sales assistant Meg gave excellent customer service even though due to Covid 19 restrictions are in place was unable to be close to me but still managed to advise me well. Would definitely recommend paying the counter a visit if you want a friendly service.

Shop has been in the Quadrant for many years. It is what you'd expect from the store.

Lovely looking store , selling space well laid out and attractive . Staff very helpful . Had a very nice meal in the restaurant . Unfortunately Carmarthen seems to be in decline and very depressing for shoppers and the shops were very quiet which was a shame as it is a lovely store with a very good product range nicely displayed.

Good selection of men's clothes. Busy being the January sales but the service was quick and polite. Just a shame the Haverfordwest store closed, bit of a journey to get to this one from Pembrokeshire.

Beautiful shop. Great merchandising. Nice staff. Way too expensive but that is well known and publicised and not teams fault.

Best part of any debenhams are the beauty counters and offers. Some of the clothes are good too and average price. This store could be bigger and have less tacky gifts that appeal to kids and youngsters.

We do like a Debenhams, I had to get some socks and found a good range. Who doesn't like a Debenhams. Must remember my gift car next time...

Clean and tidy store throughout. Have only just discovered that Debenhams have a lovely selection of casual ladies clothing (which is of far better quality than M&S are able to produce these days) The fit is much more to my liking (certainly for ladies in their 50's - 60's ) and there is FAR more choice than M&S. I actually bought four tee shirt tops and an extremely lightweight suitcase at a knockdown price. (Very helpful assistant called Hazel.) Really spacious, clean and tidy loos which also put M&S to shame. I think M&S need to take note that their nearest competitor in Carmarthen is beating them hands down at the moment. Well done Debenhams!

The only department store left in Swansea. Well lit and laid out even though it is an old store compared with, for instance, the Debenhams in Carmarthen. Friendly helpful staff.
