Fabulous helpful staff . Were bending over backwards to offer us help in both returning a product and then to help choose a more suitable item for our needs . Plenty of space to park and easy access via the same entrance as if going to McDonald's. Although I'd prefer to have a light snack and well made coffee from Dunelm s own quaint little cafe located on the 1st floor. All round an excellent shop with a lot to offer plenty of great bargains large and small to be had . 5 stars.
We had a broken globe on our ceiling light and tried everywhere for a replacement. We called into the Carmarthen store and Nicola the manager was so helpful she went out of her way to help us and a month later got a call from her that she had 2 for me ready for collection. Absolutely outstanding custoner service.

A good place to shop for household items with huge selections of bedsheets, duvet covers, clocks, picture frames, etc. It has a huge car park on the front and a cafe on the 1st floor. It also sells Smart bulbs which can change colors with a remote. Sewing machines and accessories are available. The shopping experience has been brilliant for me.
Easy parking friendly staff. Food is pretty good too. Really wide selection of household goods. The mens toilets are some of the worst smelling in the universe unfortunately. Other than that all is good
Went for a couple of sheets but ended up getting a full new bedding set, including pillows and duvet!
Always find the staff here super friendly and helpful and make time to help whenever they can.
So much stuff packed into the space available. Really helpful lady assisted us with choosing curtains, with expert advice on different types and sizes, and was very patient as we dithered over the enormous range of choices. Left with two sets of curtains, rods and hooks at a good price, and they are beautiful.

Such friendly, helpful staff. The young man that assisted us couldn't have been more helpful and advised us that the items we were planning on buying were actually in the sale. A very nice shopping experience.
Fantastic food and coffee. Always end up buying something on the way out, although I only came on for lunch.

Wheelchair and pushchair accessible with lift to go upstairs to the cafe and toilets and more items.
The toilets are the reason why I deducted a star - didn't feel that they were clean and yes I know toilets smell but maybe a window open or air freshener in there would be pleasant

For nosy household goods a treasure nice coffee shop too and service with a smile.
Went today to purchase some bedding, unfortunately my daughter became unwell, the staff were extremely helpful and stayed with her until she felt well enough to leave. They gave her a bottle of water. Huge thank you to the two members of staff, I think one was called Christopher.
