Had a great meal in Toby Sunday just as all ways �staff are great nothing to much trouble service spot on Same as the food �be back in thr this Sunday to for another lush meal �

Fab meal, the staff were lovely, Laura and Colin couldn’t do enough for us. My dad really enjoyed his 70th birthday �

If I'm honest, I didn't expect a buffet style service.
The kids' portion sizes at first looked very small but soon realised that they were adequate.
The meats were beef, turkey, and gammon.
2 diffraction variations of roast potatoes plane and with beef dripping.
Few extras.
Drinks were OK and could get an unlimited refillable soft drink for £3.25.
Big selection from a self-service station.
Good carvery if this is what you want. A selection of meats, vegetables and potatoes are available. Nice selection of desserts if you want. There are toilets available. Staff were helpful and polite.
We we served by a very polite and friendly young man. I can't remember his name but he was 17years old. He is a real credit to your team at Carmarthen. He regularly checked in with us to ensure everything was good for us, which it was. His customer service was excellent.
The food was good, plenty of choice and was hot.
We all had a desert and these were very nice.
I would of given a 5 star if it wasn't for the man on the desk making out that they may not be able to fit us in and making us wait while he pretended to look in the book. I went to walk out then he suddenly found us a table even though the place was only a quarter full the whole time from start to finish.
He was making everyone sit close by near the food area, stating all the other tables were booked even though they wasn't.
We felt we had to rush to get out of the way of the people reserving tables.
Any way we met friends in there and he said the same to them.
Other than that the food was great, chef lovely and friendly
Had a carvery meal last night with my partner and have to say the food was delicious and hot which in some of the other Toby carveries is not the case.
The meat (pork and beef) was lovely and tender, the gravy nice and thick and veg nicely cooked and seasoned.
Staff were friendly and efficient.
Shame we were only passing through as I'd come back again.
Overall very good, servers where courteous and helpful. Food was of a high quality and we all had plenty to eat. Good value meal.
Only negatives which are observations. The table and seats could of been cleaner as although had been wiped there was still food on the table by the menus and the bench seat had spillage on it. The salt dispenser was so damp it was useless and upon request we were given an open dish of salt because apparently all the salt dispensers were the same. The toilets are not adequate for this very busy venue and of such a small size.
Had a lovely waitress, just a pity the Manager was so rude. While she was taking our payment, the manager interrupted and we had to go to another till.
He should learn what customer service is from his employees.
Really great place would definitely recommend. Convenient, fast and buffet.
Great host who Laura who has an amazing beautiful persona and the most beautiful smile. Young waitress Shona came over for a nice chat and was very bubbly. Service was sharp and food was on point, we will return again very shortly, many thanks to the whole team.
Staff was attentive to my allergy/ gluten free enquiry, food was lovely and hot, only complaint was the beef was very fatty. Other than that, staff and everything else was great!
Amazing staff, food, atmosphere. Our go-to in Carmarthen for a great meal. There is a lift for people with mobility issues, and the staff always help us to a suitable table. One of our party uses a rollator, and on every visit here, the staff were amazingly considerate. I highly recommend a visit.
Great food and service, atmosphere was ok but it wasn't buzzin on here as we were quite early due to having a little one with us. He was well catered for and enjoyed it too.
Went for breakfast on a Thursday morning and we did book but needn't have as although it did fill up but not full.
Very nice breakfast usual full English for £4.99 Hot drinks extra although I did spy a coffee percolator by the toaster.
DIY toaster and buffet go up as many times as you like ( if you can)!!
Would have liked a choice of eggs but it was good enough.

While my vehicle was charging next door to Toby Cavery in the carpark, I decided to have a family meal. Great location 👌 Service received was 👍. A place I would visit again when I return on next holiday in Wales.
