One of few good things in Carmarthen. Near the castle. Food and drink still remarkably reasonably priced, I had a manager special mix grill for £4.99! (struggle to get a sandwich for that elsewhere?) mini fish and chips that wasn't so mini, tea and coffee still 99p with free refills, £13.19 the lot!

A nicely tucked away Spoons on the high street just past the castle. Visited mid- morning when the Women's World Cup was on England Vs Australia. Food is cheap and very tasty. I have enjoyed breakfast and lunch out. Service can be delayed but depends upon staffing.

Great place to meet and have a good value meal. Service was good but only one person behind bar taking orders. However how can you complain at these prices!

Jensen was really helpful, brought our food over quickly and realised we didn’t already have our drinks. Apologised and went and made them for us.
