We visited wales and we were searching for some restaurants nearby and Cinnamon came up, we were seen to straight away and given a nice clean table. We asked for some advice on food and we were recommended some nice dishes, we were told food may be a little late which was a change as it’s good to be aware instead of left wondering. The food was lovely, the service and staff were great and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Good indian food, great service and excellent value for money.
I ordered the Tandoori Chicken (on the bone) which was tasty and perfectly cooked. It came sizzling, with a salad on the side. My friend ordered Lamb Tikka Biryani where the meat is cooked with the rice and it was delicious. It came with a bowl of sauce with veggies on the side.
We also ordered some onion bhajis which to my surprise were some of the best I ever had, definitely a highlight, and a saag aloo which I din’t like that much because the spinach was overcooked and mushy.
The waiter was very helpful and genuinely friendly. We didn’t know what to order because there was so much to chose from and we were also very tired but he explained the food to us and made proper recommendations. He was also spot on about how spicy I wanted my food to be. We were both very happy with our choices in the end. (thank you!) all in all, a great place. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again.
PS:
1) They don’t serve any alcohol but you can bring your own if you wanted.
2) They do deliveries but the menu for it is slightly different than the one posted here and they only take cash for deliveries.
3) The restaurant was recently taken over by a new owner and some of the photos here are outdated.

Recently found Cinnamon.I have ate in many many Indian restaurants and I must say this is the best so far.Excellent value for money.Always fresh and not cooked with Pataks pastes like some in the area! Takeaways have always been superb.Consistently fresh and more-ish. 5 star for me.
First trip to Carmarthen, was searching for the best Indian cuisine of the city. People were advising Cinnamon, really liked it. Specially their cordial service. Food quantity. A lady customer came to order "take away", she was served with free papadom and chatni while waiting for food to be ready. Really different!!!
Visited this restaurant for dinner while on that part of the country on a day visit. From the outside it was located in a buzzing part of Carmarthen with some parking slots close by. The place modern with very welcoming staff who gave us a table under 10mins even without a reservation (we had to stay in a queue though). It's a shame we were on a vegetarian day as most of the menu was reserved for meats. But the food didn't disappoint and was very reasonably priced as well.
Have been trying for years to find a decent curry in Carmarthenshire , last night I finally found one. Went with family members. Lovely welcome from the staff. The food was outstanding. I had the lamb biryani. The lamb was falling apart and the vegetable curry was really well spiced. The best curry I've had in a very long time and I've had a lot of curries. The keema naan was one of the best I've had as well. The bill was £95 which included a bottle of wine , 2 lagers , 4 mains , 2 keema naans poppadoms and chutney tray. Really good value. We will definitely be back now we've discovered this restaurant.
Lovely food lovely service what's not to like the girls who took my order were very friendly whilst waiting for food awesome place will definitely order from them again when back in carmarthen my lamb vindaloo was perfect and my wife's chicken korma was in her words lush can't recommend highly enough

We had a decent experience at Cinnamon Today. Highlight is the service they provide. We were very happy with the politeness of the staff's especially a guy from Kerala named Sony. He helped us to choose the correct items and requested Chef to add extra spice and masalas to the biriyani's and Currys we ordered.waiting time was just 15 mins which is a good side when we compare most other restaurants in the area. Food was delicious 😋.The only con is the parking, it can be bit tricky to find a parking space near to this restaurant. We used Apcoa car parking today and it's 5 mins walk from there.

Had a Jalfrezi here last night and the sauce was to die for....... Unfortunately I was lacking in chicken, about 2/3 pieces! When I mentioned this to the waiter at the end just to mention this to the chef, he came back out with another meal to take away!! How about that for customer service!! Definitely going back with that kind of service and delicious food!!

Place was busy, which was amazing to see. 5* rating, waiters and waitresses were all lovely. The food was just delicious, the meat just melted in the mouth. I go to alot of Indian's and this one is one of our top places. Definitely recommend.
Best curry we've had since we left Birmingham! There weren't any paneer mains on the menu, but they were happy to do one when we asked. The gentleman who served us was lovely, very friendly and attentive. The place could do with a bit of a face-lift, chairs a bit worn etc, but the delicious food keeps it at a 5 stars for me
