Amazing place, delicious food, great service. You can order online and ask for delivery or pop in to Station Bistro and collect yourself. The best pancakes you will ever eat! Absolutely fab!
This is a hidden gem right outside Carluke train station in the car park. Excellent, friendly service and delicious burgers. I had the Maple bacon cheeseburger which was fantastic. Next time I'm going to try The Scotsman. Great value for money and the cleanest food van I've ever seen. I will definitely be back. Ten out of ten.

This is a brilliant van to go to I go there frequently now but I had walked by lots of times thinking it was a run of the mill burger van but it’s FAR from it the food is amazing all cooked to order and made with care they have amazing burgers and great sides and subs. The staff are very friendly and honestly my words don’t do it justice just go try it you won’t regret it!
I ordered the steak sub & omg it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection & the sauce was so good. Defo recommend. Also the desperado burger is amazing!
