Cafe Nero - Carlisle - Photo album

I am a regular customer in Cafe Nero. Coffee always tastes nice. Always getting hot and never had any problems. Food wise is really good as well. Staff friendly and chatty and also very helpful. You can have a good banter with them.
Best coffee around and the new coffee on offer is awesome. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly re commended.
Great atmosphere lovely staff but a bit slow, reasonably priced in all 10/10
Staff are lovely, coffee is great and the seats are really comfy inside
A really brilliant cappuccino/chocolate cake my favourite coffee shop in Carlisle.
I have hot chocolate and a slice of cake. Really nice. Also did window shopping in House of Fraser.
Friendly staff. Efficient service. Nice coffee.
This is my go to cafe for coffee but I usually have the chai latte which is my favourite. There's plenty of seating and it has easy access on the ground floor. I gave four stars because when I visited on Sunday quite a few tables needed clearing and cleaning.
Reasonable waiting time for counter service. Pleasant staff, plenty of seating available both inside and out. Good choice of pastries, cakes, snacks. Lovely coffee. The cafe is on ground floor within House of Fraser department store, city centre. Wheelchair access. Lifts to toilets on 2nd floor.
The most delicious cherry latte .... The barista is very pleasant, friendly. Ten out of ten. This latte really made my day.
Great little cafe, always warm and cosy. Good service too. I prefer this chain over Starbucks and Costa. Can't complain. 👍
Staff are always friendly and consistently good coffee. There is good seating, especially if you want to stay longer and read, study, write etc. Lots of power points for charging phones, laptops etc The toasties/toasted sandwiches are really good. I recommend the tomato and mascarpone. Also recomme
Great pistachio latte coffee, quick service
Good coffee and not too expensive.Served by a pleasant lady.
Really good coffee and hot chocolates. Staff are pretty friendly but I find some of them a little bit cold when I only pop in for the O2 priority free drink...service seems better when you order more which can be a little annoying but all in all a really nice big place to chill with a coffee.
