In store this morning and ordered Oswald chair, Edith recliner etc. Very helpful and friendly staff. Knowledgeable, and if they didn't know the answer they went to find out. Lovely coffee and scone in Pausa at very reasonable prices, then more browsing and buying. Would highly recommend.

They have a very good variety of curtains to choose from. Various other household items are also in the shop. There is also a café but we didn't try it this time. Parking is good.
Returned 2 packs of curtain rings that were too narrow in diameter. Past return date of 28 days but assistant was ever so friendly and returned cash and card money. Very good cust service.
Staff excellent. The wife always finds something to buy here so I guess it's good.
