For the money and what you get......outstanding. Meals are proper cooked, home style. Proper meat, proper homemade chips and very generous portions. Beats anywhere in town for quality and value. The bar keeps the finest tipples of all varieties which are consistently excellent. No flat beer or sour ale here, always "a good pint". Mood is chilled, oldstyle, with a good jukebox, a dying breed.

I was here on July passing through to Belfast on my motorbike, the staff and customers were all so friendly and welcoming and did everything they could to help me on my way. It was so good that I stopped by on the return leg home too, thank you all very much 😊

Great Sunday roast which I highly recommend, large plateful . One of the best I've had anywhere in the country. Drink is reasonably priced and a decent pint as well.

Newly reopened and refurbished after the Floods and it looks smashing. Really warm welcome, Pool Table and the food looked great (we weren't eating). Selection of three Real Ales available (all Theaksons). This will technically be my local shortly and I couldn't be happier about it.

Had mixed experience of my previous experience in the premises, so I am open minded on the premises at this moment in time. As I have to say that I cannot say anything good about the premises but I have to say that I cannot say anything bad about the premises aswell. So this man is open minded on the premises at this moment in time.
