Great cafe!! I’m from NZ and the coffee was one of the best since arriving in the UK. My partner is from Canada and the cinnamon buns were also some of the best we’ve ever had!! We went back for a second one. The breakfast sandwich was super delicious and the sweet potato salad was yummy too. The service was very friendly and we really enjoyed our time in the space 😊

Found this quaint healthy place in Carlisle where everything is freshly made. I had the Glow Salad Bowl and my husband had the Korean chicken sushi bowl.. Both were absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and quick. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

We go every couple of weeks or so, and always love it. Fresh food, great cakes and coffee. The service is always friendly. This week's choice was a chorizo and patatas bravas flatbread that was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.
