Good food albeit a little inconsistent for a franchise. I had the same meal for 3 nights in a row which came out either with or without one or two things each time. That aside the food is still tasty and a somewhat fair price within the meal deal though a majority of my favourites carry an additiona
We stopped for lunch about 2.30pm, had 2 two course meals and two drinks for less than £30.00 which considering my main was a rump steak, I thought was excellent value for money. That and the fact the steak was cooked exactly how I like it, medium rare, means next time we're back in the area we'll
The staff are friendly but, in the evening at least, service was quite slow. The food was good. Breakfast was super fast but that's because it's self service... I don't know if breakfast is only for Premier Inn customers or from everyone, but it is very good value.
We really enjoyed our meal. Good lunch time menu 2 courses £10.95 very clean dining area. Free parking
I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the attitude of our waitress when we came to pay, so 4 stars is based on the food but otherwise it would have been one. I have not eaten in a Beefeater since I went vegan which is over 35 years ago but they now have vegan options on the menu and we
Popped in to try the Unlimited Breakfast for a nice treat. We were not disappointed. Self service full English and Continental...what more could you want? Food was hot and fresh. A great choice of teas and coffee, with juice too. Plenty of room in the restaurant. Well worth the £9.99 each for a grea
Very nice food. I've had the steak and a sundae dessert both times and yum! Friendly and helpful staff too!
Beefeater is always a firm favourite, so after travelling all the way up from London on our way home, I thought to stop past for some dinner since they are located just off the motorway. After booking online we arrived about ten minutes early but the manager didn't mind and showed us to our table, o
Stopped in the hotel while travelling back from Scotland. Warm welcome, drinks order taken immediately and arrived within 2 min 👍 Ordered the 4 starters and all arrived within 20 mins. Wonderful evening and staff were amazingly friendly. We'll done guys 👏👏👏
Staff were great. Very friendly and understanding. We asked to move tables because they was a party of 12 nearby making too much noise for our little ones and they were able to accommodate. The food was ok. My only bug bear was that it took over 20 minutes to get our dessert but other than that, I'
We visited here on a very long journey back, we was glad of the stop. Food was nice and cooked well, compliments to the chef. To the gent who asked how was our meal, we appreciated that and to aimee our waitress thank you for a great service. Overall we had a great visit. If we are ever back in Car
I visited this restaurant as part of my stay with Premier Inn next door. I had a continental breakfast for £7.50. The food available was good, the baked goods and yoghurt were particularly nice. Hope to visit again. Decent value.
Really nice and their lunch menu is a bargain at 2 courses for £8.95. I had flatbread and 4oz rump steak sandwich, my mum had flatbread and open grilled chicken sandwich. Although the flatbread was small it was delicious and to be honest enough for lunch. Soft drinks at bottomless at £2.99. A pot of
I had the pleasure of utilising Border Gate in Carlisle for training purposes, and I must say their service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive to every detail, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. The function room was spacious and well-e
