Another fantastic meal again (31/01/2018), certainly can’t fault this place. Great concept, great food, great service.
Visited on 11/01/2018. Food, service and drinks were all excellent. Had a lovely evening and we were made to feel really welcome by the staff. We would highly recommend this restaurant!

Dined on the 10.03.18 - excellent food and hospitality. 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our starters and mains. Warm and friendly atmosphere which is generated by the staff. Will highly recommend.

Ate here last night with friends and it did not disappoint, the food was gorgeous ( loved the edamame beans) and the staff very friendly. Nice to have different restaurants in Cardigan, I wish you all the best in your new venture �

Enjoyed a first class meal at Fusion this evening...we were a fairly large group but every single meal was to die for!!! Their mango cheesecake was the nicest cheesecake I think I've tried! Highly recommended �

Tried Fusion for the first time last night, a nostalgic trip back to the Eagle, formerly my local. Everything we had was really, really tasty, so thoroughly recommended.
One hopefully helpful suggestion - a version of that delicious looking Udon dish with some meat in it (the veg. version was being consumed with relish at the next table) would be a great addition to your menu.
Had a fantastic meal here this evening. Amazing food only topped by the friendly accomodating service from Shane, his wife and the team. We will certainly return. Customer service like this goes a long way

Just been for a fantastic meal with my wife for our anniversary, and the food is so so amazing. Starters were amazing (Ordered 3 different ones) staff fantastic. I was full after the main meal, still ordered a little pudding to share with the good lady. Top stuff, lovely family run business highly recommend a visit.
First off the food was excellent. I'm based around Cardiff and there are plenty of great east Asian restaurants here, but Fusion stood up to them all.
I'm a vegetarian so I often worry about variety of choice in restaurants, there was plenty here and I opted for the Thai yellow veggie curry, I highly recommend.. so fresh and tasty (I'm salivating at the memory of it now!), my partner went for the cola chicken wings and was equally as impressed.
Service was brilliant, timely and very attentive. They seem like a proper family business and seem to treat their customers as an extension of that, so much so I was particularly well looked after once they found out it was my birthday so I'd like to thank them for making it a special night.

Just had a wonderful meal here. Starters all tasty, and mains were simply divine.
I had the delicious Teriyaki Salmon. Mrs S the steak, and the little people had the BBQ pork, mixed veg Thai curry (spicy!) and chicken with noodles respectively. Would recommend if you are in the area.
Have been here several times since this place opened. What keeps me coming back is the fresh food, constant change in the specials menu and friendly staff, which are always keen to hear about our experience. I’m extremely shocked to read about the experience Sylvia Nankivell had, given that each time our plates are collected the staff always ask if the meal was to our satisfaction, giving us a window of opportunity to criticise if needed. During our first visit the waiter read the menu to us, explaining each dish in detail. I challenge anyone reading my review to give Fusion a try, and experience it for them-self. You won’t be disappointed.
We experienced an immensely friendly welcome, and incredibly helpful service from the staff. They were happy to answer all of our questions about the dishes on offer, and the friendliness was maintained throughout. The food was great, with a reasonable selection to choose from. We would definitely recommend it; far more pleasant than other restaurants available in the area.
Simply a great place for food, drink and atmosphere. Busy evening but service was excellent. Great place to take your family, but good for a quiet meal with a loved one or even solo. Great selection of beer, fine menu and amazing deserts. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Delicious food, lovely helpful and accommodating staff! So much so that 3 weeks ago, while on a trip to the area, we went there twice for dinner and brought loads of friends with us the second night. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so welcome!
