Very handy place to be with free parking right outside, but staff hesitated about supplying me with a ham toastie with no cheese. Greggs in general need to make it easier for people to get food like this without cheese or mayo ect. Store was very tidy and once I convinced them to make one without cheese the staff where ok.

Came in for an omelette roll and they had it. Was greeted with an enthusiastic smile and fast service by Laura. Made my morning.
Best greggs ever use to get breakfast here before school was always served by this lovely lady not sure of her name but she deserves a pay rise she was amazing

Great food, always fresh and tasty. Pastries, pasties, bakes, cakes, meal deals, drinks, hot or cold. Lovely shop. One-shop dining, level entrance, disabled parking, no toilet. Great for a snack or a light lunch. Highly recommend it.

Today I had got served by a lady named Kate I had just finished shopping and came to grab something to eat my baby was struggling with teething very badly nothing was working while we were there and I said we would wait for the baby's sausage roll as he was hungry too. Kate gave us free doughnuts while we were waiting. I offered to pay and she insisted I didn't pay. When the sausage roll was done she had cut it up for us so it would cool down quicker and it helped so so much. Kate if you are reading this I can't thank you enough you are an absolute star I hope you have a lovely Christmas.

It wasn't too busy, we went around midday. Had a good selection of everything. The only issue is the parking,l (nothing to do with Gregg's) it's horrendous getting in and out, due to the traffic lights and the layout of the carpark

First visit to this outlet which is located off Newport Rd in Cardiff which is a busy road however parked right outside and entered the shop, it's not the biggest of store's however as long as my favourite sausage rolls were available I will be happy, I was greeted with a smile and I left with my favourites in hand paid by card happy days
