Visited twice in this same week for our free pizza and hot drink, also purchased a pack of sandwiches, bottle of water and a shortbread gingerbread biscuit. Very tasty! π yum. their magheritta pizza was the best one I've ever tasted, very freshly prepared and nice portion too, get more for your money than in the pizza places these days. Hot chocolate absolutely beautiful. Overall atmosphere was very peaceful, comfortable seating, friendlier service. Nice little cafe. My new favourite place. π
I went into Greggs Well-field road for breakfast and the staff are always happy and friendly. Definitely recommend, the food is always fresh and the Carmel lattes are amazing.
Nice to have a change by coming here than my usual lunchtime food.
Not been here since just before I moved up East but they are still great value for money and I am happy to pop in here when I am next in the area.

The milk had run out because the store had been busy during the Breakfast rush.
One of Alison's colleagues quickly replenished the milk supply. Alison anticipating that I may have to wait a while gave me a voucher for a free coffee on my next visit to Greggs and a large Mocha instead of a Regular.
As a regular customer at Greggs I was delighted to meet lovely, polite, considerate staff with excellent customer skills.

I always have breakfast at Gregg's. For the price you can't beat it. Recently it been getting a bit crowded for my liking but I still think it's a 5 star place because how convenient it is.
Greggs need to look into having more gluten free options!!
