Waterloo Tea - Cardiff - Photo album

Went with my best friend recently. The decor and atmosphere was very calming and peaceful. We sat at a comfy table and got on with our work since it was so peaceful :) I got a pumpkin spice latte - really lovely and warming! The staff were so lovely and helpful when we asked for the WiFi. Would go
I have had the most lovely time at Waterloo Tea Room on Wellfield Rd this afternoon. The food is always good, but the stand out was the kind, cheerful service I received. How lovely it is when staff are genuinely interested in ensuring that you have a pleasant experience. I will certainly make the t
In a world of fast food and fast coffee this is the place to come to enjoy tea and coffee at a slower more sophisticated pace. My V60 coffee was well worth the wait - served in a conical flask and accompanied with a pallet cleanser it was a very mellow way to enjoy coffee, so far removed from the bu
Lovely coffees and delicious food. A nice relaxed vibe with really great, hard working Batista's. What a great team of people working together to create a welcoming environment to chill out in.
Had the brunch brooches. Absolutely gorgeous. Staff friendly. Cafe clean and welcoming. Good vegetarian and vegan options. Would definitely go to again.
A great addition to Wellfield Road with a more hipster clientele than next door’s Coffee #1 (more Macs, fewer macs), the former Ushi’s premises is now a beautiful tea house/cafe. Great food, great tea, and great coffee, the latter of which is just £2 takeaway when you buy a smart Huskee cup from the
Have had the most amazing breakfasts and lunches here. Such a great choice of drinks and things to eat. I’d especially recommend the poached eggs and herbed yogurt, it’s amazing!! The chocolate avocado cake is a must try as well.
Have visited twice. First time, went to the counter to order and was told to take a seat, someone would come over and take my order. Second time, took a seat, waited a while and realised that people were going to the counter to place their order. Bit confusing but food is lovely and once ordered it
We had brunch here and it was fab! Really really tasty (we had poached eggs + avo and mushrooms on sourdough). Will definitely be making this a regular stop. Thank you
While out, taking the camera for a stroll around my new to me neighborhood, on a sunny Sunday morning, Wellington Tea is one of few places I found open. The menu is varied, and the cappuccino divine. I appreciate the care and concern management extended to me, to ensure preparation of my breakfast o
This tearoom/eatery is taking itself seriously and has some pretty high standards. Price is acceptable but probably a bit on the high side for the location and the portion size. However the coffee and tea is what you're going there for. Coffee is absolutely exquisite here, both the filter and the
Just called in for coffee and some food and excellent service as the case with other Waterloo cafes. Don’t know the name of the guy serving today but he was a credit to the cafe. I tried the vegan option of ciabatta filled with mushrooms, very nice.
A huge range of speciality teas, quality coffees, and tasty food, all served with a cheery attitude. Occasionally service is relaxed, but a lovely place to spend some time.
Amazing breakfast/brunch menu !!
It's not long since Waterloo tea came to Wellfiels and it's becoming my favourite breakfast place. They put a lot of attention into their dishes and the coffee is too notch. If you're a coffee conesiour this is the place to go.
Excellent tea and coffee, lovely staff and a nice setting. The only thing that spoils it for me and which stopped me from giving a 5 is the dreadful noise from chairs dragging on the stone floor. This is such an annoyance but so easily resolved with stick on pads which are obtainable from any DIY or
