Easily one of the best meals we've had in Cardiff. The food was absolutely exquisite in every single way, the waitresses were very attentive and polite and the log fire created a lovely (warm!) atmosphere. Would definitely recommend
I have visited Cardiff Distillery a few times now and will hopefully be returning in the near future. Great place, great staff and most importantly, great Gin! On our last visit, we tried their own distilled gin, and had to buy a bottle to bring home too! I have also visited here for 2 baby showers, and on both occasions, the service and afternoon tea was excellent. The premises are lovely, lovely interior, great bar and restaurant. Its a must visit if you are in the area. Great location for town too, only a short walk, and not too close to the noise at night.
Has very good choice of drinks and a good food menu. Was a little tricky to order drinks and there were a few issues resulting in about a 45 min wait for drinks but for our 2 hour slot we still had a few. We booked and got seated under the marquee which was nice. Still a bit chilly though. Nice apart from that, lovely cocktails!
This is a deliciously refreshing handcrafted gin, that with some ice and tonic, is a delight and treat for the taste buds. I feel even better knowing that it is produced locally by a small local business. Five stars to Infusion 73.
Eventually managed to use our Xmas voucher. We were very happy with our morning with Paul. He was very informative about how gin was made and that one to one experience we had was great. Made a lovely bottle of gin and nibbles during was an added treat. As there was only two of us we were able to be shown the small but effective bottling system they had. We will be ordering our new recipe gin in the future. Thank you again Paul and your team we have an enjoyable few hours. 👍👍
I can't praise Cardiff distillery enough! I'm an NHS nurse and needed somewhere to stay during lock down due to my father needing to isolate. Cardiff distillery posted offering their rooms to NHS staff which was so amazing of them. To say I was blown away by the accommodation is an understatement. I felt like I had won the lottery. It was luxury and had everything I needed. The bedding was luxury quality and the waterfall shower was out of this world. Lovely peaceful location which meant I had some amazing nights sleep due to it being so quiet. Decorated to a high standard and has all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. Can't thank them enough for your wonderful hospitality. Wonderful wonderful people! Xx
Having visited Cardiff Distillery I can recommend the fantastic gin range. Delicious and high quality gin cocktails are particularly good! A warm and welcoming place with boutique hotel, you cannot go wrong trying this place out. Ideal for a city break once lockdown is over - some suites even have self-catering facilities which will appeal to staycationers !
Absolutely amazing experience and service with Cardiff distillery in the gin making school, very friendly, kind and helpful staff will definitely be back in the future to part take in another class, would highly recommend to other friends and family great experience throughout. I have both the gins from Cardiff Distillery. They are both so good. Thoroughly recommend. The boutique hotel and bar there is lovely too. We love sitting in the garden for a drink there.
Since the lock down iv had a lovely case of wine delivered right to my door from the cardiff distillery. Lovely good quality wine to your door, can't wait to dine with you again soon. Your doing so much for the NHS and supplying essential items. See you soon. Thank you x
Enjoyable and interesting experience. Learned how to make gin, distilled our own unique flavour whilst enjoying a couple of very nice gins. Very friendly staff.
Amazing service. I ordered 6 bottles of wine and one of gin in the morning and they were delivered in the afternoon. The gin really good. Not tryed the wine yet but looking forward to it.
Ordered Prosecco at start of lockdown and hey presto it arrived in 2 days. It was so good that I have had to order more. I cannot possibly comment on how many bottles I have subsequently ordered but equally delicious. Thank you
