Lovely little Costas in a quiet corner of mermaids quay. Staff are good and service is quick.
There are some seats outside if you have dogs. Inside it’s cosy with plenty of tables.
Always enjoy a Costa. The drinks are tasty, reasonably priced and the sizes are generous - be warned a large is very large! I've popped in here a few times whilst walking in the Bay for sit-in and takeaways. The service is quick and staff are really friendly. Recommend to anyone looking for ligh
Good disabled access. Seemed to be closing early for a Monday. Difficult to get to due work in Mermaid Quay.
For such a busy area in Cardiff, this store always seems rather quiet. Perhaps it was the time of day I went. But conversely it means that getting served and having the drink you want doesn't take too long. Staff were friendly and helpful as always. The reason behind 4 stars if that I feel the drink
Only just started using Costa over the bay but no complaints so far only wish could have free coffee before 8 stamps then it would have a 5 star 😉
Warm modern environment with a vast array of hot & cold beverages
Good cup of coffee in the middle of a cold rainy day.
Place was kept clean and the staff made sure that they only took dine ins when there tables available and cleaned as well.
All in all run by people who enjoy their job and take pride in their workplace.

There are loads of nice places to sit around the bay, especially towards the seneth. Take out coffee from Costa is a really good idea on a lovely day when all the well located cafes are overcrowded. You will easily find somewhere to sit and relax

Got to say the Cardiff Bay Costa Coffee shop is the best i have ever been to and the staff in there make so much more nicer. 5* service. One happy customer.
Nice little Costa tucked away on Cardiff Bay.. Had a late lunch of a cheese toastie which was as always a nice treat. Not a large Costa but seating enough for those who don't want a takeaway
The amount of information that the staff have to remember, and complete the orders is awesome. The coffee is good and is possibly taking over the world, dominating with the branding
and outlets at every street corner.
Its a Costa...overpriced drinks and snacks so conveniently placed you can't avoid them! The staff were super friendly though.
