Unreal. Foods hot, ordered at the machine and was ready by the time I'd got near the counter. Friendly, plenty of seats available on a Friday evening. KFC doing it right

Live close by and pass by every now and then. The quality of food has been on a downhill ever since November 2023, the chicken is too raw, the sauces are unbalanced, felt like a ton of pepper :/. I used to adore this place back when I first moved to Cardiff but I would recommend going somewhere else

Building has gone through a well needed redesign. New menu is better than before and ordering is much easier with the new machines. Not a single downside I can see about the upgrade

No complaints re food or service but in a place where food is eaten with fingers no hand sanitizer was available. I usually carry some but didn't this time. Pre pandemic at least the individual freshener towels were given but not even those now which to me is very surprising
