Starbucks has a wide range of teas, coffees, frappuccinos and hot and cold food items. Great selection of in-store merchandise.

Service was poor. It took 19 mins to serve 1 coffee. Crowded. Cozy. But the coffee was great. They served me Cappuccino on my demand but they don't have it on the display menu.

Great service, cold brew was delicious! But my reason for this post is a thank you to the man serving with blue hair ! He definitely went above and beyond not only surprising me by remembering my name from my order considering he must have served at least 10 people after me but he noticed I was heading to the bathroom with my baby and called out to me to supply me with the key for the baby changing. Then wished me a good day when we left ! It's small acts like this that make someone's day and doesn't go unnoticed ! Thank you !
Good little Starbucks store situated outside the Hayes. It’s a bit of a weird shape being long and thin. This doesn’t make it as cosy as the other branches as seating can a bit uncomfortable with hard seating.
Staff are usually good and haven’t had a problem with speed of service. Compared to other stores, this one isn’t as busy.
A white mocha from Starbucks is incredible and the best little pick me up for a cold day.
I went to this Starbucks the other day for the first time as the other one I usually go to didn’t have my favourite drink and I was impressed with its excellent customer service, despite being busy. Special shout-out to the guy I think named Luka (?) for being very friendly and efficient even during peak hours.
