new bbq coke is madness would definitely recommend. bbq bacon crispy wrap without tomato and lettuce was a delight to my tastebuds. might have to start eating here every wednesday until i die. minus one star for lack of sugar donuts though, absolutely devastated.🤑🤑🤑
I normally avoid this McDonalds but my dog and I took a late night walk tonight and I promised her chicken (nuggets 🤣) so I hoped to get the food via click and serve (which I wasnt aware is closed at this time of night). A lovely young girl (long hair and glasses - sorry I didn't catch your name) saw me outside by the drive through while working out the back area and asked if I needed help. She took my order for me and told me to wait on the tables out front and, bless her, she brought the food out to me and my dog! She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciate it (and so did my dog 🤣). Thanks again!!

Well, that was a fun trip. Drive thru was so slow. When we eventually got our food. It was the wrong order. Service to replace the whole meal was brilliant mind.
Well, we have visited a few more times without any problems at all. Food has always been spot on, hot, and plentiful. Service has always been great.
I had decided to place an order at the till and pay cash; the person who came couldn't recognise notes/coins, couldn't figure how I could have a burger without the sauce as I asked.
I was given the wrong change (slightly more); I handed back a moment later, but to someone else, telling them that I hope this would help balancing the till (but it wouldn't have) and briefly explained what happened.
Only McDonald's in cardiff ever open 24/7 and I can say it is the worst. Service is always long, never fast food. 9 times out of 10 your food is cold and missing items. They serve tea and coffees half full. Honestly this place is a disaster and higher management need to get a hold off it.
Has got better recently. Still cold food on occasions. But service is alot better recently.
