Kind staff and lovely coffee!
I was waiting for the AA as my car had broken down in the car park and Victoria and Sophie went above and beyond to help me out. I had a lovely coffee whilst I was waiting. Massive thank you to them both 🙂
very quick service and nice drinks. my friend ordered a drink with no whipped cream and it came with whipped cream while the receipt still said no whipped cream. meanwhile i asked for no whipped cream and got as i wished.
Excellent service and very friendly staff.
Minor grumble is the door wedges open so can get a bit chilly. Easy fix, don't sit by the door.
I was in town for a friend's wedding and visited here twice. Both times, they were quick and friendly. Beth was super kind and helpful and honestly made our stop a joy.
2 problems teenager sat in side smoking a vape, a group of women teachers sat on thier phones kids left the toilet in mess tissue and water everywhere .

The Young man and Women that were working today (Luke & Beth) are lovey and really good at their job. Friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure being in the venue.

Usually busy, but the staff never fail to hold things together and serve customers with a polite smile. 5 stars for customer service alone.
I go here nearly every day and the staff are always polite, kind and helpful. They always go above and beyond within their customer service - I'd love to name members of staff but each one of the team has always been fantastic! Thanks guys
