Honestly, staff were incredible, spoke to one the night before I came in and they were lovely (staying in Cardiff for the weekend). Stopped for food the next day purely because of how nice they were and it was awesome - I’d highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
Amazing quality of food, lovely customer service, the people on the other end of the phone were very helpful and thorough with assisting me (this was the first delivery order I have ever done over the telephone so was nervous at the time), the food arrived promptly and was delicious. This was the first time trying satay fried rice (whilst ordering they made sure to check if I had any nut allergies, which I do not), and it was the best rice dish I have ever had. Would highly recommend! Will be ordering from here again.

It’s the reason I’m fat. Food is INCREDIBLE! The salt and pepper chips are a game changer. Absolutely, incredibly, unbelievably delicious. Best Chinese in Cardiff by far 11/10

Unassuming and a bright sign to make delicate eyes wince, this place serves the best salt and pepper chips I have ever had in my life. The chips were thick and crispy, with a soft inner. The seasoning was the perfect balance of salt and spice. The customer service and speed of cooking is brilliant as well.
Only downside is I didn't find this place sooner, but we all learn to live with regret.
I have yet to find Shredded Crispy Chicken in Peppercorn Salt to rival Golden Rickshaw's. I have ordered here, regularly, for around 20 years now and a wide choice of food that is of consistently high quality. Well priced, friendly, family run and I always come back here. Crispy Curry Beef Rolls are also amazing (even if they are usually hotter than the sun inside (temperature not spice!)). Thoroughly recommended.
Just ordered from Golden Rickshaw. Fast delivery and was beautiful! I have a nut allergy and they were very accommodating even leaving a message with the food to confirm every care had been taken. Found out new favourite delivery for sure!

Food was delivered promptly and the delivery driver was also very friendly and polite. The food was hot and very tasty. Was very happy with the whole experience would recommend.
They have absolutely no right in being this good, not once have I had a bad meal, I've ordered from them for past 6/7 years and every time it's the best.
Very tasty food and the chef is a superb person offering great service in order to meet varied culinary preferences! Highly recommend!
