It's so much more than a library!
The first time I visited the Ely and Caerau Hub that is run by Cardiff city council Very impressed with the library and the staff are friendly, the café also looks great.
Great little place for a variety of needs. Has a lovely little cafè, which sells reasonably priced food and drinks. The staff have always been helpful and accommodating and they offer a range of activities for children to take part in during school holidays.
